🔥 About Smokey Rebel
Smokey Rebel is a UK-based flavour company shaking up the world of BBQ rubs and seasonings. We craft bold, small-batch blends that bring unforgettable flavour to everything from grilled meats and roasted veg to tacos, wings, and even air fryer midweek meals.
Founded by Russ, a passionate pitmaster and flavour explorer, Smokey Rebel was born out of a love for fire-cooked food, global recipes, and feeding friends and family something worth remembering. Our rubs are inspired by authentic tastes from around the world — think smoky Argentinian roasts, zesty citrus island blends, spicy Mexican favourites, and rich Mediterranean herbs.
Every can we make is packed with honest ingredients, no fillers, no artificial rubbish — just real flavour that actually delivers. From our bestselling SPG base blend and Hickory Hog pork rub to cult favourites like Greek Odyssey and Cherry Force, our seasonings are designed to work in your oven, smoker, grill, or kitchen pan. They’re versatile, powerful, and seriously addictive.
We offer beautifully presented BBQ gift sets and themed bundles that make perfect presents for food lovers, BBQ fans, or anyone who’s bored of bland. Every order is hand-packed with care, and includes extras like sweets, stickers, and thank-you notes — because great flavour should come with a little fun too.
Our fans use Smokey Rebel rubs for everything from meal prep to Sunday roasts, pulled pork tacos, BBQ wings, veggie skewers, and more. Whether you're a beginner cook or a full-on flavour junkie, we’ve got the spice to fire up your kitchen.
Quick UK shipping, friendly support, and flavours that spark conversation. That’s what makes Smokey Rebel stand out from the crowd — and we read every Trustpilot review to keep improving. So if you’ve cooked something epic or need help picking your next blend, we’re all ears.

Great Flavours
First came across Smokeyrebel at a county show and was impressed by their knowledge and love of BBQ. These smaller tins are ideal for people trying different tastes and for those who don’t get the BBQ out every week. I’ve used the bigger tins and after a good shake (if they’ve already been opened) shake out easily. Great taste. Quality shines through!

Excellent and reliable service for Christmas
The website said to order by Friday the 20th for Christmas, and my order came on Monday 23rd via APC couriers. There was an issue with my address, and a lovely lady phoned to check the correct one before sending. I haven’t tried the product yet but would not hesitate to recommend for the service.

Wings and Ribs
I tried the wing rub on about a dozen, skin-on whole wings and the Revolution rub on a rack of pork, baby back ribs and let marinate four about 4 hours each, then grilled both on my Komodo (Green Egg knock-off) grill. Both came out with an excellent texture and a balanced flavor of salty, savory, sweet and spicy, each pairing well with the chicken wing and pork rib meats.
I am anxious to try the other six rubs as the two I have tried are the best I have ever had. These have only those ingredients necessary and are not overloaded with “filler ingredients” with fancy names and I anticipate this will be the case for the other six rubs
Smoky Rebel is now my choice in meat rubs and I’ve tried a lot in 40 years of barbecuing in barbecue country.

I stumbled across this brand in…
I stumbled across this brand in Taylor’s Butchers in Ramsgate. I bought 2 cans, the Wingman Wing Rub & the Miami Mojo Citrus rub. Whilst the flavours have divided my husband and I (he favours the Wingman rub whilst I the Miami mojo), deliciously coating chicken wings and drums, I have since dived into their 20% off 4 cans sets, and made a slow-broiled gammon with their Hickory Hock rub before roasting in it. We had it with egg & chips for a delicious dinner last night. My 1yo & pup loved it too.
Big cans, big flavours, excellent value.

Wow, thank you for the fantastic feedback! It’s amazing to hear that both you and your husband found your favourite rubs in our Wingman and Miami Mojo rubs. Plus, the gammon with Hickory Hog sounds absolutely delicious! 😋 We're so glad your whole family (including your pup!) enjoyed it. Big cans, big flavours, and even bigger smiles—what a win! Can’t wait for you to try more!
