All of my interactions with staff has been top notch! Everyone of them that I have emailed and dealt with have been outstanding.

Je trouve que les prix sont vraiment très abordables

Je trouve que les prix sont vraiment très abordables. Cependant, je trouve que lorsque nous commandons soit pour un certain montant ou un certain nombre de cartons nous devrions être exempté des frais de livraison.

Le service est très rapide c'est super, mais ils ne devraient pas considérer seulement les jours ouvrables mais quand ils nous disent de 2 à 3 jours alors peut importe que ce soit la semaine ou la fin de semaine ça devrait être 2 à 3 jours quand même. Surtout quand c'est la 1ere fois que l'on commande, on a hâte de les recevoir car souvent on ne veut pas en acheter en plus au dépanneur car ça coûte cher.

Mais tout le reste est parfait je n'ai rien à dire le service est rapide mais quand c'est FedEx qui assure la livraison souvent ils sont en retard mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de Smokes Canada et ils n'ont pas de pouvoir sur ce.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Smokes Canada, fast replies, I love the quality of the products I’ve gotten. The staff is amazing. Been using smokes Canada for the past 3 months and my experience has been great. Was showed this site through friends, very happy about this.
