SMN Logistics is a scam broker
SMN Logistics is a scam broker. Do not book with them. They quoted me a price of $725, $175 to them and $550 to the driver. They informed me my car was picked up on Friday in the morning. Saturday afternoon they told me that the price had gone from $550 to the driver to $1200. I told them I wanted to cancel immediately. They said due to the time passing they could no longer cancel. The car arrives and the transportation job was $1000 and SMN took another $200 fee from the "new" price of $1,200. Do not book with them. I will be filing with federal DOT for a scamming trucking broker.

They never shipped my side by side as…
They never shipped my side by side as scheduled and it’s been over 3 weeks since they said I would see my refund. I would look elsewhere.
Update: as of today still no refund and no contact from the company 9.9.2025
Update: spoke to Brad Shaw on 9.9.2025 at 5:00 pm. as of 9.15.2025 still no refund

SMM Logistics LLC The Best.
