I purchased watch hours but it is very slow on delivering. The watch hours I purchased and the amount that has been delivered is only 10% and its been nearly a week.

I Have been using SMM from last 2 years... And I found it very genuine service provider... Sometimes some services may get delayed, but it get delivered for sure... If it gets cancelled then also I found it is good for us. Once cancelled they refund the fund instantly in the wallet... I found them really useful.

i paid 3000/- rs for my watch hours increase, but not even 20% work is not completed.... refund my money back. It almost three months.. very bad service and showing the service is completed.

Horrible Experience... They haven't returned my ₹ 2267 from a past order... They claimed that their latest YouTube monetization service has guaranteed results... But every watch hour I got was deducted... In the last two months, I got only 467 watch hours after spending more than 9500 rupees...
So, be careful, first of all, they can't fulfill your order, and you will not get your money back...
And all the five-star reviews are fake... I have been using their service for the last 5-6 months.. I know how they work...

I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the "Complete Monetization" package that is heavily advertised on your platform.

I purchased this package twice (Order No. 1099841 and 1105481) with the promise of receiving 4600–4800 watch hours. However, across both orders, I only received approximately 3,200 watch hours in total. Additionally, around 800–1,000 of those hours have already dropped off, and your system claims there is an "auto refill every 24 hours"—but this has not happened even once.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received only vague responses like “refill is in process,” or no response at all. I was initially told the maximum refill time was 4–5 days, but it’s been much longer with zero progress. The advertised 30-day refill guarantee also appears to be non-existent.

I previously submitted a review about these issues, but was assured it would be resolved and was asked to take the review down. Based on that promise, I purchased the same package again for a second channel—and unfortunately, I’m facing the exact same issue.

In reality, your so-called "complete monetization" package has only provided half the required watch time with no support, no refill, and no resolution.

This is unacceptable. You are effectively charging ₹10,000 for ~2,000 watch hours, without fulfilling your end of the deal.

Time is money, and I’ve already lost both due to this experience. I request that this issue be resolved immediately by either:

Refilling the missing hours as promised, or

Providing a complementary package to make up for the shortfall.

This will not only rebuild my trust in your platform but also restore faith among other potential buyers who read this review.

Very bad service they claimed as non drop but drops in 1 day and i said i did not receive watch-hours they said its takes 7 days but after 7 days it cancelled and again i apply again i said its not working it has been 5days today again not receiving anything when i ask them they said it took 7days the same answer but not receiving anything Very bad services at all no proper customer support always facing with each problem i use expensive one but not working any one of them properly
