All round customer service

Other firms need to take loads of notes from SMKD as they are a top firm. From replying to your emails, ringing you when needed, supplying well packed goods, correct goods supplied and happy drivers. Keep up the fantastic work you all do.

Amazing company

I buy from these guys a lot, and every time they are amazing! The range of products, the prices, the friendly staff and same day local delivery! Never ever had an issue with them. This company is amazing

Lack of professional manners and standards

Average service especially the delivery which lacks any professional manners and standards. Treating people arrogantly. First time I know that in the UK you buy products, you pay the dear money while thanking for that and not to be thanked! It must be a service from the stone age in modern England!

How it should be done

Easily the best company for cheap older vape items like RDAs,box mods, coils etc and an absolutely outstanding selection of vape liquid at incredibly cheap prices when you buy 4 or more,postage is free ,customer service is great,you get a call if stuff is out of stock etc,the bargain bin is an Aladdin's cave ,great site , highly recommend

I agree with all that have writen before me, this company is totally well run and efficiant with knowlageable staff exallent delivery time brill prices great quality of goods. for me not any old port in a storm only one port for me SMKD 10/10

error with my order

Had an error with my order, ive never had an issues before and used for years. I contacted customer help via email and the issue was resolved with in 24 hours. Perfect example of a well run company!! Thank you

As always fantastic service

As always fantastic service. I was disappointed when the shops closed. I need not have been. Never once has my delivery of the only oils I will use been late. Very good prices and great customer service. Today I wanted to leave a review. I ordered for delivery but thinking due to the icy conditions it may be a few days for delivery. Oils arrived in said time awesome service. Big shout out to the Lightcliffe/Halifax delivery man. Cheers top man.
