We have been clients of Smithfield Business Centre for many years and have always found the staff to go above and beyond in making sure all of our business needs are met. We would recommend anyone seeking a virtual office supplier to use Smithfield Business Centre. Their rates are very reasonable and their service and facilities excellent.

Excellent service always. Polite, prompt and very reliable every time.

Great service from the employees however it did not get 5 stars due to certain facilities are pretty poor, i.e some kitchens, toilets and showers

Good - Staff are great. Meeting rooms are very easy to book.

Bad - Could do more to reduce waste by not using paper towels, not using sachets for sugar and providing larger cartons of milk. Public wifi in communal areas and meeting rooms is slow and unreliable.

We've had excellent service from Smithfield Business Centre for over five years. We always appreciate the welcome and response from the team, as well as their willingness to help. The team really fit with our values and culture and we can't imagine Adapta without them.

The offices are airy and spacious and the building facilities are good. But what has impressed me most, and what we have valued especially was the approach of Louise and the team (and by the team, I do mean everyone - reception staff, cleaners, maintenance etc). They are always available, very professional, and genuinely aim to help (not to take any opportunity to push up your bill!!)
