They did not have 2 items on my list. They called and we agreed a substitute but as agreed the only sent 4 peices instead of 5 also it took 6days for parcel.to arrive.. fair play they called me few days later and advised it was an error they put in 4 instead od 5.. we agreed and sloved the issue .
