Thank you so much, Gary! We're so glad you love the product and that our team could deliver on the service side. We're working hard to improve the delivery experience. Hope you have an amazing time playing!
I accidentally ordered the wrong edition of the game and reached out to support to see if I could exchange it. They were incredibly helpful and sorted everything out for me.
They ended up sending me the correct edition completely free of charge and even said I could keep the one I originally ordered to try out as well. I really didn’t expect them to go that far, so I was genuinely impressed.
Fantastic customer service and a really easy experience from start to finish. Definitely a company I’ll be happy to buy from again!
