Now it seems that they’ve removed their live chat/support service from their website so I’m not able to even chase it up.
Ridiculous company, pretty sure it’s a scam but if they pay out I’ll update the rating.
UPDATE: I spoke to the chat support as it became available. Support have always been good, and they told me it can take more time, I waited a total of 16 days from my first withdrawal request. BUT they did pay me.
It seems like they're having technical difficulties on their end, possibly because it's a new casino.
The wagering requirements are good on the sign up offer. Was like 10-20x deposit and bonus or something.
I may use the site again, just be aware of the long withdrawal time.

Awful site the games are not played out fairly after making numerous amounts of deposits I had no return at all, dead spins after dead spins, when contacting customer support they tried to offer me €20 bonus as if it would make up for the amount of losses. I have requested to close my account immediately after realizing this site is a scam please ignore do not waste your money and be a victim of a scam, all the good reviews are played actors they must have been paid off or were offered a bonus for the reviews I just hope this helps other people from making the same mistake I did please ignore.

This site is fraud do not use I put £50 in and once the bonus went I withdrew 200 they said i have no valid id which they did not ask for on registration it goes to a chat where they want you to give more id. I also put another 50 in just before this and played one 2 pound game and all my money disappeared do not use !!!!
