The shade was easy to measure what I needed. It fit exactly the area I was looking for and was extremely easy to set up.

I always get useful assistance when I contact SmartWimgs support. The people working the phones really know the products and give valuable information and opinions that help the customer with decisions.

Still waiting for delivery even though i gpt a message it was going to be delivered 2 days ago.

2 of the 5 blinds arrived damaged. One clearly has a double row of bubbled material top to bottom / I sent a picture clearly shoring this and the reply I received from customer support email was that the distorted fabric didn’t effect the blinds function with no offer to replace this blind. The second blind has a terrible crease right in the middle of it. No reply to email or picture I sent on this one.

Great blinds and product

Great quality, super easy to order and to install.

The blinds are excellent operating with zigbee and the remote. The only issue I have is with the amount of light leakage around edges and the price point. I have not tried other options, however, I am totally satisfied with purchase.

The shades are both beautiful and functional. The installation was easy-peasy. I do recommend ordering the samples first. Having those in hand before making our final material/color selection led us to chose wisely.

Bought 3 roller shades with zinger motors,one was maximum width, and all 3 work perfectly and integrated easily with my Hubitat and then Alexa. This was all at a fraction of the cost of using a blinds company and installing them was very easy.

We used them for a commercial job that we were working on. We were so impressed we opened an account with SmartWings and now offer them in our showroom.

Easy install and very good quality

This is an updated review. I had some initial challenges with a couple of the shades in my orders. However, I'm happy to report that Kikko in support did a great job of ensuring that my issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Smartwings sent me new replacements for both the of the impacted shades and shipped them via DHL. They arrived incredibly quickly and worked perfectly.

So, great job turning around my experience Smartwings, excited to order more shades to finish out my windows soon!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with SmartWings. I actually mismeasured my order, but their support team was just amazing. They responded super quickly to my support ticket and even gave me a personal phone call to help me figure out the best way forward. That extra mile of service really made a difference.

As for the blinds themselves, they’re fantastic, quiet, easy to set up, and they integrate seamlessly with all my smart home gear. Definitely recommend them!

The company is extremely well run with a great support staff via email and during it office hours on the 800 number. The blinds so far are superior to anything I've ever purchased. You get what you pay for. I've automated it with an Alexa system and it works seamlessly. Very pleased.

Great looking blinds. Function well with included remote. The extra charge for matter over thread is very steep and s seemingly unjustified. Successfully pairing of Matter over Thread was beyond frustrating and while this did not entirely seem to be Smartwings fault it did feel like I bought an beta product.
