Do not buy from this company! The K Smart Watch is a complete scam. The watches arrived in what looked like a cookie box, with no SIM card or even a SIM card entry point. They are not compatible with the app or usable in the UK at all. The so-called screen protectors are literally just cheap clear stickers.

I have contacted the company multiple times and they never reply. I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my bank and am waiting for a resolution.

Save yourself the headache — avoid this company entirely!

Titan smartwatch. Efter 4 måneder kunne det ene af to ure (min datters) ikke længere oplade. Der var købt to oplader kabler til hver ur så vi prøvede nye oplader samt kabler. Kort efter kunne mit kun modtage 30% strøm. Vi kontakter sælger der bliver ved med at "true" med husk det koster at returnere og det tager tid. Samtidig bliver de ved med at ville have foto og videoer af opladninger med mere. Rent fup og fidus er, de lyver også med at det er et militær ur, ingen soldat køber et ur til opladning, slet ikke et ur der kun holder strøm i 3 dage, knap 70 timer da det var nyt. Hold jer langt væk fra dette ur, det er kun billigt kinesisk bras.

I returned a watch weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. The return was made exactly as instructed, but the company hasn’t processed my refund or given me a clear update. Customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Very disappointed with how this has been handled — I won’t be shopping here again.

Absolute waste of money if you want for fitness (steps) not accurate at all. Great for answering calls but that's it....sorry

First of all it's not UK based but Netherlands and I waited nearly 3 weeks for my straps to arrive. They sent me too small straps and after long argument over emails they accepted return for which I have to pay £3. Terrible place to order straps. If I'd knew it's not uk based I would never order from them. Avoid, amazon is more trustable and worthy.

Reflex active smartwatch and app rubbish for exercise tracking. Switches off halfway through exercise making it impossible to record exercise activity. I've given up trying to use it and am using the My Walk free app from Google play store which works every time. Wouldn't buy the reflective smartwatch if I wanted an exercise tracker
