Poor comms and very slow postage
Ordered a strap for my Garmin. Didn't get a confirmation email but was notified of tracking by Royal Mail. It's been a week now, and although I have been notified by Royal Mail that the item is being processed there is still no sign of it and I can only get limited feedback from a chatbot at smartstraps.co.uk - no sign of a human to help. Very disappointing.
