I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I have bought a watch for Christmas which has not worked from the minute I opened the box. No customer service no help no refund. Just ignored. Now seeing all these reviews makes me realise it’s not just me!

Purchased the Smart Watch Ultra for my 10-year-old son's Christmas present on behalf of his Grandma. After reading the reviews on their website I decided on this watch due to the GPS real-time tracker and pedometer, my son is a keen sports player and wanted to track fitness.

I bought a 12-month sim-only contract as part of the gift.

I recently set up the watch and struggled to get the SIM to register. Once it did, the tracker wouldn't even pick it up via the useless app—it's miles out!! We live 8 miles from the coast and often have my son's location at the beach when he is at school!!

The pedometer does not record his steps at all.

I have contacted the company with no response.

What a waste of money!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Very disappointed, two watches ordered for my children as a Christmas gift, neither watch works as it should. I have sent numerous emails, one asking for help, the other two asking for a refund. I have not had a response, the watches were a gift. The children are very disappointed, a waste of money.

Awful customer service! Watch doesn’t work and now can’t even get a response for a refund! Just shows how all this bad reviews are not on their actually website which makes ppl fall dor buying from them.

Like so many others, I wish I had seen these reviews before parting with £64.95 for something that is not fit for purpose. I ordered a watch for my 10 year old son for Christmas, it arrived within a few days (!) and I set it up for him for Christmas Day. At this point in time, I had experienced how poor the user interface was on both the app and the phone. We experienced two main problems; firstly that the phone would not make video calls, and secondly - and more fundamentally - that the phone would not hold its charge for more than a few hours, therefore rendering itself useless. As others have mentioned, the GPS accuracy was also woeful, and the user interface is very poor. I contacted customer support highlighting my issues and received a reply from Bonnie, instructing me to take photos or a video of the issue. I sent screenshots, showing how the phone lost its charge rapidly without any use whatsoever, but since then I have heard nothing. I have asked for a refund, and again, have heard nothing.
The 5 star reviews on their website are clearly fake...believe what you're reading here, don't cause yourself and your children stress and disappointment! Avoid at all costs!

Faulty purchase for Christmas, disappointed grandchildren. Contacted on same day as fault found, wanted video to show fault, did this which was acknowledged, asked for a refund on 4 emails, not offered but a replacement, did not want this as stated but still no offer or reply from last email.
Very disappointed at the customer service attitude, no phone number available to discuss this only email contact.
Definitely would not want anything else to do with these people, if I could have given 0 star it would have been too much.
Shocking please avoid

Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible customer service. Watch is faulty and won't charge. I've asked for a refund and to send the watch back and they very rarely respond. Avoid at all costs, they just want your money for inferior goods.

Would give 0 if I could. Very poor quality and they are ignoring my emails. Had an issue, was asked to record a video of an issue. I did and they are ignoring me now. I would report this company to the appropriate body.

Quality is very poor, flimsy, cheapest plastic. Charge lasts 5mins, chargers keep detaching , they look like a toy pretending to be the real thing. Company not helpful when emailed and asked to return as the items as they are of poor quality and inadequate for kids to use. They asked for image or photo to show the issue. The issue is they are made of cheap plastic, next to impossible to set up and kids would never be able to use them aa us parents struggle with those. I couldnt be bothered to dedicate days on end trying to get my money back so took it down as experience and decided to move on. Ordered new ones in Amazon which are brilliant . Do not bother with this website and company as they sell cheap ru**ish.

been not sent my watch. Yet they keeping sending proof of delivery link that does work. I have yet to receive my item and I have request a refund serval times. I had to rush out and purchase a Garmin for my five year old so I didn't have disappointed child on Christmas. Still waiting for my refund or a response about it.

I would give a 0 if there was the option. A SCAM! Avoid!! I bought 2 watched for my twin son’s birthday. Item was apparently rejected and returned to sender without my knowledge. I emailed them and messaged through website for a refund and no response in 2 weeks. Reported to Action Fraud. Website should be removed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a Sonic kids Fitbit for my mum with her money, to give to my son at Christmas having read what must have been a fake link to Trustpilot giving 5 stars in reviews to smartkidswatch.co.uk my son opened it on Chrismas day, it buzzed on for 3 seconds and then went off. I tried to charge it using the most ridiculous charging system I have ever seen and gave up. I emailed the company 5 times asking for a refund. I’ve had two replies, first one ignoring my request suggesting I charge the watch on its side so it connects properly. The next one asking me to send a video of what I am doing (what on Earth?!?) I have said I have uk law consumer rights to a refund and said I will report them to trading standards and I’ve had no reply to my many many emails. Buyer beware! This company is operating outside of consumer rights law and has happily allowed for a child to be disappointed without a gift from his grandmother (a pensioner) at Christmas! I don’t think I’ll see sight of that money and I have to explain to my mum that he had a defunct gift that I can’t get a return on. I have reported them to trading standards and hope they investigate them soon!

This is a scam. The watch is such poor quality battery doesn’t last more than hour for location tracking. Location will also default to somewhere in China.
Returns are also poor with every effort made to delay. Finally agree to a return but no refund received. No watch and no money. This website www. smartkidswatch.co.uk should be taken down. Reviews are fake.

Really bad! Same as the other reviews I wish I checked here before ordering! Received it and faulty and very cheap materials used. No response when asked for return and refund! Going to contact my bank and raise a scam case.

Believe the negative reviews. They are true. Wish I'd read before placing order. Site reviews appear to be paid reviews that are totally contradicting trust pilot reviews. Placed order, was due before 10th December and no watch. Currently in dispute with CC company to retrieve money. Don't use these guy, you won't get your watch and they get your money.
