KB inspection has been absolutely fantastic! Received excellent service from them. Kelly has been very responsive and very accommodating from my very first enquiry. Scott carried out the inspection and he is a very attentive and professional. The report was very thorough, professionally written and issues were well described. To anyone who willbuy a new house, it is really worth it to seek professional snagger as you won't be able to pick up most of the issues that should be picked up. The entire service was excellent. Great communication from Kelly at all hours in organisation of my survey, the surveyor Scott was diligent, very thorough and professional, spending over 7 hours in painstakingly going through our home corner to corner and outside. He documented many problems, some serious, that we would never have found. The report arrived promptly the day after. I would 100% recommend for any new home owner. Brilliant!

Thank you for Adam to come down to us all the way from Birmingham. He has been very professional and inspected our house thoroughly. Luckily we have engaged a professional snagger as there are really some essential snags identified, which we layman would not be able to spot/tell. With the report the developer will have to handle and we do not need to discover these defects only after we have moved in and let things getting worse.

Franky their price is not as competitive as other quote I have asked (maybe they have price in the travel distance). I still engage them because our friends have used them with good comments. It turn out that I have made the right decision and the price paid is worth the report.

I was extremely impressed with this service from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone buying a new build property to get a professional snagging inspection with this company.Scott was thorough and very knowledgeable having had a wealth of experience in the construction industry . He inspected our house with a fine toothcomb leaving no stone unturned, spending several hours conducting his inspection.It was quite shocking how many issues he found with the property, the inspection report was highly detailed. Kelly was brilliant from the start. Always replied to my messages quickly, even out of normal working hours. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble- we had to move the inspection back a few times due to delays on the house. The price was very reasonable, we did get several quotes. Scott was fantastic, he spent about 7 hours at our house. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had and explained things I wasn't sure about. Things were picked up that we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. I can't reccomend them highly enough. Thank you both for everything

I found out quite late that I was completing on my property and luckily managed to secure an appointment due to a cancellation. Communication with the team about booking was excellent. On the day Scott arrived on time, as the site manager was around he introduced himself and built rapport so that when he invited an issue that needing rectifying quite quickly around my flooring he was able to show the site manager who was then responsive. As Scott went round he noticed my radiators weren’t hung properly and said it was as easy for him just to clip them on than it was to put them in his report. The attention to detail was second to none, Scott spotted things that were crucial to identify before my first home visit that I still hadn’t noticed after living in the property for a week. The report provides clear photos which have been shared with site so they can push on with giving brickwork/tiles and the photos were especially helpful when reporting snags to the builders. Scott also had excellent knowledge of NHBC guidelines. I fully intend on using KB Inspections once my builder claims to have fixed everything. Although I found the company through a Facebook recommendation, which can sometimes me hit and miss, I followed them for a while on Facebook, read reviews and I am so pleased I did, the services and the report have been excellent and a small price to pay to help bring a very large house price purchase up to the quality and standard it should be. I very very rarely write reviews but was so impressed with the standard of service I wanted to share my positive experience

When Scott arrived, he explained how he’d work his way through the house and some of the things he’d be looking for. He provided regular updates throughout the day which some of the issues found, as well as complimenting the good work. At the end of the day, I received my report swiftly after making payment, which was very detailed. I’ve handed this to my developer who is now working through the snags. Worth every penny.
