Really recommend for snagging your property, spotted so many things we would never have noticed and make the process so easy, super friendly and easy to arrange!!

From my initial enquiry to receiving the report the company were professional, prompt and friendly. We were dubious about having a survey but it has been money well spent and we would not hesitate to book again if we moved. Kelly was patient, never pressured us and answered emails promptly. It was a pleasure to meet Scott who explained the process to us and answered any questions in detail. The detailed report was with us as soon as final payment was made. I highly recommend the company and wish them every success in the future.

Kelly is such a very helpful, patient and friendly lady. Scott was brilliant. The snagging report was very detailed and with pictures for descriptions. We received a full report within 24 hours. The service from Kelly and Scott from KB Inspections has been great! Super quick, prompt response and service, we even had our appointment on Easter Sunday! The report was well written, clear, easy to understand and has provided our builders with clear areas that need addressing. Scott kindly addressed some of the snags we also found in the report to ensure full coverage.
The service exceeded our expectations and was well worth the money.

Absolutely fantastic company. Kelly is amazing at responding and ensuring everything was organised - the reminder email was very useful before the inspection.

The inspection itself was very thorough and I cannot fault Scott. He explained some of the more pressing snags to me in person and you can tell he has pride and integrity in his work. I got the report the same day, with the addition of some lovely drone footage of my house.

Kelly and Scott were really helpful throughout the whole inspection process. Kelly was very accommodating with the change of dates and Scott was very thorough on the inspection day.

We brought a new house and decided to contact KB Inspections, they responded to my email immediately and after few days the full inspection was completed.
The inspector found over 150 faults, most of them probably would’ve taken me months to find out. They sent a very detailed report including pictures. I sent the report immediately to the company who built my house and they are now rectifying everything mentioned in the report. I would definitely recommend KB Inspections, it’s definitely a well spent money. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the current building regulations and requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend KB Inspections & Sons. We were told about them via recommendation, and they really haven't disappointed at all.

The house builder we bought from operate with a 7-day snag meeting. With the stress of moving house and juggling life, we realised that 7days isn't a very long time at all - certainly not to comprehensively inspect the house top-to-bottom.

Kelly was great from the start, and was consistently accommodating when our move-in date kept getting pushed back by a week at a time.

Scott travelled a fair distance on the day of the inspection and still ensured he was on time. I was impressed with how thorough the inspection was. There were snags identified which we simply wouldn't have picked up on for a long time, if at all. The drone inspection of the roof proved to be very useful and highlighted some tile and gutter defects which couldn't be seen from the ground. The thermal survey was outstanding - it picked up areas of insufficient cavity wall insulation, a defective radiator and helped with identifying an area under a bedroom window that was missing mastic - we would probably never have known about these things and had to live with the consequences (draughts and the like!). We were fortunate enough for the report to come back through to us the next day too.

All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience. The cost was extremely fair, especially considering the fact that if we were buying a second-hand home, we would most likely also be paying more for either a home-buyers or structural report.

Also, the reports we received have been clear, well-informed, and not filled with jargon.

The experience has been very reassuring (knowing that we can now get these defects fixed) and I would highly recommend KB Inspections & Sons to anyone in a similar position to us.
