Prompt delivery of the hardware
Prompt delivery of the hardware with HAOS pre-installed. A few quick updates later and everything was up to date. One thing though, it may be a good idea to include a note of the default HA address (home-assistant.local:8123)

Great customer service
Quickly shipped my item and when it failed on first power up were very helpful at suggesting fixes. Ultimately the unit was faulty and again they set me right very quickly. Great customer service, I would recommend.

Blatant lack of customer service and ignored complaint
Very disappointed with a complete lack of customer service from this company. Order placed 28/3 email acknowledgement received advising they would email tracking number once despatched. I have since sent 3 further emails which have been ignored. When I spoke to them on 5/4 I was told part had been despatched and they would email tracking number, still not received an email or the ordered item

Wow... Let's be realistic, you didn't have to Robert - you could have got a pair from Amazon (and sold one on) or none at all... You were not tricked or otherwise - it's just the economics of a small business. Most of the retailers like us charge for postage as the margins are practically non-existent on Shelly hardware.
