Golf balls were great but communication was terrible. No tracking and no way of contacting. The stuff came quickly in fairness hence the 4 stars, but just a tracking number would’ve helped.

Great product, not great comms.
Golf balls were great but communication was terrible. No tracking and no way of contacting.

Great product - postage could be better
The product itself was very good. Exactly what I ordered. However, the lack of protective packaging meant that the golf balls came out of the box inside of the bag. luckily they were not damaged, however someone else might not be so lucky.

Poor quality product and responses
Issues with printing being upside down on some golf balls, arrived in battered boxes and no response to email about issues.

Late to arrive
Ordered weeks before Father’s Day. Failed to arrive. I had to chase with slow response. Phones not answered, emails and chats. They did resend in the end but was late

First class service and high quality product - Golf balls
First class service, I had changed my mind a number of times on what I wanted and the personalisation. They were super helpful and the turnaround time was quicker than I could have imagined with a really high quality product too. Couldn't recommend them enough.
