My girlfriend won 5,5k but the site says ever thats something wrong with the verification. She has with paysafe pay. This casino is scam!!!

Don't bother to play if you win it takes weeks to get paid doing anything not to pay your winnings and we talking couple hundred pounds

This site has stolen my money. Played for a few weeks with no issues, actually made some withdrawals with no issues. I then won over £1000 and got trapped in a verification loop with them. They will only let you withdraw £500 per day, then they will wait 3 days for each transaction to state it’s been rejected through verification failure. I sent them passport, drivers licenses, a letter from the government, a selfie with my drivers license, a phone bill and a bank statement proving funds and deposits. Nothing was enough for them and they continued to reject my withdrawals. I recently reported this to my bank, the money the are due me is so much more than what I have deposited, however I felt I had no option. They have since deleted my account and will not engage with me at all. I never took a bonus and have absolutely no reason for them not to pay me other than this being a complete scam site only there to take your money. Please do not make the same mistake as me and fall for being able to make some withdrawals and being in a false sense of security, I actually think this site is trying to get your identity documents. Kingia - I have reported you to action fraud, my bank and I sincerely hope people see this and you don’t receive any more deposits.

Absolute scam ,used bonuses in the past but always make sure when they are used I cancel them when there is a nominal amount left ie 10pence -I deposited £30 after checking I had no live or active bonuses I then selected no bonus in the drop down menu before depositing my £30, I reached £565 in real
Money funds using no bonus whatsoever and suddenly my balance changed to £10!!! Contacted live support and they tell me my balance automatically changed to the bonus amount of £10 when my real funds ended?!?! Makes no
Sense whatsoever who would select a bonus of a maximum win of £10 for a £30 deposit?!?! They give no explanation this is a SCAM SITE

Avoid at all costs i purchased two cars from this company first car had a warranty issue they ignored my request to get it repaired after sending all the paperwork they requested against my wife’s better judgment i stupidly purchased another after being told to get a vat quote i forwarded it I was then told the person I was dealing with had left the company they would look into it after many calls with no answer i eventually got through on a different number when i explained who i was he hung up and now won’t answer i totally disgusting service

Purchased a car from them, in fact my dream car; a treat after chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. Was hugged by the owner and told I would love the car and that it's a great car etc however shortly after several major problems occurred. I reported the problems and the car went back to the garage but the problems were not fixed. Again reported the problems and was given several reasons why they couldn't book it in for repairs one of which was the owners mother was very ill, which I respected and left them alone for a while.
I was told the engine light was on because of water in the diesel from supermarket garages, then told a multitude of other reasons why they couldn't fix it.
Finally, was offered £500 towards repairs which never materialised. Now left with a huge garage bill to pay and feeling very let down.
Shocking customer service!

great service and customer care at the beginning. However sadly my car broke down after two weeks and the communication afterwards isn’t great. Still haven’t managed to get anything sorted sadly (came with a 3 month warranty). Hoping someone gets in contact asap 🤞🏻
