A delay in on-site attendance was disappointing, but is a fact of life at present in all building trades.
We were then allocated an earlier site visit after a cancellation.
The team were on-site exactly as promised and set about systematically investigating the problem - always hard when the fault is intermittent and not happening at the time.
But the systematic approach eventually located the fault, and it was promptly rectified.
