I am an NHS patient so I’m grateful for that as I know it’s hard to get one nowadays but I paid £27 for a routine checkup for a 15 mins appointment which only actually took 3 mins is a bit poor. Happy to see nothing was wrong but felt for the amount you pay and what you get is poor in my opinion.

Dear Boss, read this.
There is something great about this organisation, high up? I have been here (Preston) long enough to have had 4 or 5 dentists, and a good few receptionists, and every one of them were (are) wonderful... not just good at what they do (I neglected my teeth as a kid, had a lot done, with incredible finesse and a superlight touch)... they have all of them been really lovely people. And I know from a professional stance - you cannot train that into anyone. You can only look for it in interviews and value it. And this company seems to value it. I miss Finn, and Carol, and feel I owe them a drink. But the new faces are just as welcoming.
I reckon they work their dentists a bit too hard maybe, sweating their assetts like any successful outfit, but my point is that in the very few moments you are there they make you smile. Yeah, I could see that cheesy pun coming and still wrote it.
I've no idea who reads these things but if the boss is listening, Well done. You picked great people.

After arriving for my appointment I was informed by the receptionist that the appointment had been cancelled a month ago which I was informed about by letter which was not received by myself, if I had received it I would not have attended.
