Flowers are fresh.
The items and the flowers they deliver are of really good quality as per my experience. But their customer service as per my experience was a bit bad. I got the response after 3 days . So oy 4 stars.

Had a bad experience during my last order. We do order mainly for Wheat Flour & Rice. If either or nay item isn't available, smartbazaar should connect with customer to decide if they want to still continue with the order or amend the order! Our last order was just a waste..
Please work on it for Better customer satisfaction..
