Thoroughly recommend Smallbee
Great selection of recess fires to choose from. Had a query about recess height so used the online chat service, received a prompt answer which enabled us to make our purchase. Really like the fire, looks great in the recess and magical when on. 5 stars for service and 5 for product.

We are delighted with the product and also the service we were given. While waiting for the delivery we urgently required information on the sizes and you answered our queries promptly which meant we could get on with renovations while waiting for the fire to be delivered.

Great service
I had bought myself a wall fire last year from smallbee absolutely loved it. Great service. I bought another for my daughter a month ago who is delighted. Again great quick service would definitely recommend. Price was fantastic too.

Excellent product, poor communication
The fire was delivered within the stated timeframe (arrived 6 days after order was placed) and it looks absolutely amazing. Easy to work, coloured flames are bright, and it's exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price (half the price of a similar fire at B&Q).
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is communication about delivery wasn't good - only found out it was being delivered when delivery driver messaged me to say he'd be there in a couple of hours. No emails or updates to let us know, which could easily have meant the delivery being missed.
That said, I'd still (and probably will) use Smallbee again.

I must say I was nervous at 1st about…
I must say I was nervous at 1st about using Smallbee.co.uk as I'd never used them before, and I was given £305.00. Now I'm delighted that I did. I put the wrong Street for delivery and customs service were straight on to rectify it. I waited 7 days for delivery and it came well packaged. I really happy with my new fire and am looking forward to seeing it on my media wall.

Correspondence is not great and you…
Correspondence is not great and you can’t just call them and speak to an actual person as there is no telephone number in the website just an email address and this is only manned Monday to Friday??? We have just received a new fire that in no way resembles one that we ordered and I have to now simply await a response via an email at some point hopefully next week before I can carry on with the work in my house…. Not great at all so take from that what you will and rethink your purchase

The original fire didn’t arrive but the replacement did and it is great
The original fire didn’t arrive - the customer service team were insistent that I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive despite EVRI telling me it was lost. They eventually dispatched a second delivery which arrived 2 days later, and I have to say it is a great product. I am very pleased with the product, however I had to reschedule the fitting due to the delay - hence not a 5 star review
