Not a real leather. Has a weird smell. Looks good, but not what was expected.

Returns Page does not exist. Gives you 404 - Page not found..
Not really interested to email them after reading other comments here.

Paypal resolution seems viable option (as mentioned in commnets here)

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Took weeks to get the item. The shipping ref I got sent didn't exist. Emailed them and eventually got a reply from James saying it was coming from abroad. Sent further emails which he didn't reply to. I did more research on line and it turned out it was coming from China. Emailed James again for a lead time. No reply. The minute i threaten to go on line and put anything negative I get reply. No apology or anything. He just said "it's been shipped so you will get it". After weeks it turned up. The coat was not worth the wait!!

So I ordered my jacket which ended up coming from China they said its coming from London 5 days max no more like a month. So I ordered the Slyck Anarchy Leather Jacket looked good on the Web site nice looking leather etc well when I got it smelt it and bells started to ring looked at label PU so NOT real leather at all so there are selling falsy saying it's some thing when it is not no label from there company nothing it is a comfortable jacket yes but not real leather so not happy sent them an email about it all NOTHING no replie so DO NOT USE THIS Company the jackets look good but not what they seem and they don't care so don't use slyck

One star is too good for this company! Please don't be taken in by their website. It is a scam..pure and simple! You might receive the item you ordered..after maybe three weeks...but I can assure you it won't be what the item desciption said. Change Italian Leather to Chinese polyester and you get the truth. Basically a bunch of lying people (sic) after your hard earned cash! I wish I had gone onto trustpilot first...please believe the reviews...they are totally true. Avoid this so called company like the plague! I wish I could take them to court for blatant false advertising! But to tell the truth I don't believe they would give a monkeys uncle...they seem so arrogant. Nobody likes being ripped off but this company has got it down to a fine art! BE WARNED!!!!

Whatever you do, do not buy anything from SLYCK they are very difficult to get hold of and they owe my wife £53.10 and they are making all sorts of excuses to not pay back the money, we need a refund because the product they supplied was way below serviceable quality. We have supplied Post Office proof of posting receipts.

Very disapointed. i let the delivery time slide as the current situation with chronovirus is bad but i ordered a size large and i recieved a size xxlarge. Im very annoyed as this was a birthday present and a waste of almost 70 as i dont want to waste more time to send it back and either get the correct size or a refund.
Update: they responded apolagising and offered to send out a return lable and offer and exchange or refund. The customer serive is great and i understand this isnt therr fault but the pickers. Who are probably overworked with the current situation. So please go easy on people everyone is trying there best. I can confirm though this is not a scam

Decided to check here again just incase it got some form of response, only for me to see SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE ME. I can only assume it's the business doing that.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY HARD TO CONTACT, RARELY REPLY AND IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, THEY WILL LIKELY PRETEND TO BE YOU AND SAY TO IGNORE YOUR LAST REVIEW.
If you unfortunately ordered from them, threaten to contact trading authorities or PayPal, because that's the only way the will even attempt to respond

Initially I thought it was a scam as it took 3 weeks+ for it to arrive but that's Covid19. Anyway, a massive disappointment. First, 'leather' jacket from 'leather' section on the site is not leather at all. A cheap and tacky mix of polyester and something else.It's also baggy not well cut like on photos and in fact looks very different. Won't be wearing it even once.

I bought this item for my husband’s 30th and I believe it’s not actually going to turn up, The link provided says in transit and no other movement.. Requested a refund but guess what won’t give me one as it’s been ‘shipped’ apparently, Also it’s actually from China so real leather? I doubt it very much so false advertising, unfortunately I went by the reviews on website so thought it was genuine but later looking of trust pilot realised how bad both the company and delivery company are... Overall very upset with everything as I spent last of my money on this present which he now won’t receive and can’t buy another and if it ever turns up it’ll probably be very cheap quality after forking out £60. Please don’t part with your money better spending a bit more but for a real product.

As others have indicated, I'm afraid this site is making fraudulent claims in order to sell goods. They claim you can make 'Free returns' in all of their adverts but this is simply not true. They do not provide any return instructions in the packaging, they do not reply to any communications (believe me, I have tried EVERYTHING) and the returns part of the site is simply an error page... Avoid at all costs... If you are unhappy with your purchase (as I am) you will be stuck with it!

they say its genuine leather jackets when its actually PU...refund took ages to sort out too as they weren't complying so had to go through paypal resolutions to get it sorted

Sent poor quality coat back to them 4 weeks ago. Still awaiting refund....

Havent received an item i was expecting to arrive over a week ago.
When i messaged enquiring about this i was sent an automated response seconds later, containing a dud tracking link and blaming the corona virus for delays when other online bussiness in the UK are running just as smooth as ever.
Still over ten days later the item hasent reached the dispatcher.
I believe he is using the virus as an excuse to scam people

Please avoid this sham of a company. I am still awaiting a £100++ refund from items shipped back to them by recorded delivery. The items i received didn't really match the pictures online, so i returned them in-line with their returns procedure. Customer service was great at the time of placing an order. Since my return was received, they have ignored all email correspondence and phone calls. I even emailed them from a different account regarding a "Sales Enquiry" and guess what, i received an immediate response. Please do not part with your hard earned money with this company. The fact they are not recognised by Trading Standards as a business, tells you all you need to know. Having to give them 1 star was annoying. A Zero star and a health warning would be much more applicable.

very cheap and poor quality products,nice finish and stitching, but materials are very poor. admin did not accept my critical review on their site lol. at least they accepted my refund, let's see how that goes.

Sent a bad quality jacket, no returns form, ignored on email and social. Now raising with Trading Standards to get my money back.

Update: absolutely no comms from Slyck until i raised with Paypal resolution (always pay with Paypal!). Slyck came straight back to me saying theyd be happy to supply a full refund if I sent trackcing details. I sent back and attached traking details but escalated to paypal - pointed them to these reviews and others online. Slyck didnt confirm reciept (nor would they) so paypal gave me a full refund and have started to investigate the seller. Always raise a claim, challenge any payments and leave a review. These people are theives.

EDIT: they've changed their names to handsomedans.co.uk due to ebing shut down for fraudulent activity - again have reported to both paypal and trading standards.

Ordered a leather jacket from Slyck. Received a jacket made from PU ( not exactly the ‘100% leather‘ described By Slyck. Sent them several emails to tell them that I wish to return the jacket for a refund, but no response from them

I ordered a jacket from Slyck online and unfortunately it does fit, I have now sent 5 emails requesting information on how to return it, but no one has replied. The order number on the text I received is not recognised when I input it into their website, awful customer service and now am left with a jacket I cannot wear
