Avoid at all cost. Had a horrendous experience trying to get my winnings out. Blocked my account in the process. I'm so surprised they haven't been closed down for extremely dodgy practices... Please take note of all the other reviews.

I would give zero stars if I could. I signed up for the welcome bonus, my free spins were not credited other than the initial batch. I received messages and they still would not appear. After speaking with their terrible agents. 'Mel' in particular was horrendous. He or she told me that they had expired, when the terms stated 10 days. It's been 2 days. Anyway, she said the terms stated it. Both the terms directly under the messages and the actual welcome bonus terms state you have to use them within 10 days. Purely on principal and a bit of boredom,I kept pushing as u was owed 80 spins. After an hour of painful chat discussion, they just closed my account!

Literally, avoid like that plague! They need to be shut down.

It's the most amazing casino, of all the casino sites I've tried. Those who comment that the site does not pay for winnings, so I can 💯% deny their comments! I won good wins one by one and they paid me in 2 days. Terrible customer service. I tried to withdraw before I used any bonus money and my real money has just disappeared. They also sent a bullying email saying I am now banned from receiving any bonus from all their sites. All because I decided mid-way through gambling that I probably can't afford to lose this money and wanted to withdraw. Now it's just been down right stolen...

Absolutely shocking casino site. Agree with all the other comments on here. I have been playing online for over 15years so this is not some hard luck comment for not winning with this site. Worse casino site for withdrawal. They made all kinds of excuses as to why my documents were not accepted. Too blurry, cant read, and the best one is they must see the 4 corners on the utility bill which they use for proof of address. They use interac for deposits but not withdrawals. You must give them all your banking information for each withdrawal.

Another white hat site telling customers they have gambling problems when you win. Absolute joke. Avoid this site. They'll allow you to deposit then keep it. I played here years and at jonnyjackpot but now have decided to close my accounts for absolutely no reason. I suspect its because I made a few withdraws of between 10 and 50 lol.
