The most important and impactful aspect of this program, aside from losing weight (woohoo!) is the access to coaching and advice. I found SlimReset when I was at my heaviest weight and one of the lowest points in my life mentally. In my first 30 days I lost 16 lbs and after my second round I had lost almost 40 lbs and exceeded my goal weight. I was able to maintain the weight while off program.
I am ready to start another round to get back into healthier habits and lose some stubborn pounds that crept on after a severe injury left me with limited mobility In the spring. I know that I will get right back to where I want to be on program. The support I have received from Melissa and coach Hoda has been extraordinary and I cannot wait to get back on track knowing I will have the support I need

In addition to weight loss, the aches and pains from previous injuries have been significantly reduced by following the recommended food list eliminating inflammatory foods. This knowledge has been instrumental to improving my overall health.

This program is like nothing else out there! You literally have support with trained nutritionists and any questions are answered immediately. Having the gut analysis is a game changer and you learn so much about your intolerances. I have tried so many programs and nothing has been like this one.
