Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your feedback and for mentioning the delivery.

We’re sorry the Grade A balls weren’t quite as good as you expected. We always aim to provide the best possible quality for each grade, but we appreciate that expectations can vary.

Please feel free to contact us directly if there were specific balls you were unhappy with, as we’re always happy to help where we can.

Thanks again for your order and honest feedback.

Accurate description

Had a bad few rounds so needed to order some more. Delivered quickly and balls graded accurately.

Great value when you are playing as bad as me at present.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. You have asked for the review. I know they were B grade but didn’t expect such scuffs on them that would in my opinion afect the flight path of the ball

Ordered £55 worth of balls a week ago still no sign whatsoever!! Phone doesn’t get answered when you call . I would advise you to place your order the year prior to needing it!Would love an explanation as to where my order is doubtful I’ll get one !
Not Happy !!

Order arrived ! The balls are all as described very good quality. Danny emailed to explain there was problems with royal mail and it was beyond his control.
Just wanted to give a true reflection of the circumstances.

We’re really sorry for the delay and frustration caused with your order. Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with Royal Mail which was outside of our control, however we completely understand your disappointment waiting longer than expected without an update.

We can confirm your order has now arrived and, as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered a discount on a future order for the inconvenience caused.

We appreciate your feedback and your patience while this was resolved.
