Got one for myself, great quality and makes me laugh every time I wear it 😂

Seriously excellent customer service, I asked some questions before purchasing for my grandchildren, they were very helpful, patient with me and polite. Received our order within 4 days from my shipment email, I’m based in the UK.

The quality is amazing, great stitching and fabric, worth every penny, my daughter commented that she had a cheap version which she got off another website, it was night and day regarding the quality as she felt it etc, she ordered a new one from Sleepy Sharky to join in with her children. It is good fun.

My grandchildren absolutely love them, and one won’t ever take it off, she’s very cute. I will highly recommend to the other parents and grandparents. Thank you.

Ordered on 10/8, and received a prompt acknowledgment and confirmation. That was the last that I heard until I reached out a week later and shared that I hadn’t gotten any tracking or shipping info. I received a reply that stated that there must be some error, and I should already have my order, but they’d look into it right away.

I reached out again a few days later and said I either needed tracking info or refund info. They replied the next day with a long winded apology that was mostly bullshit, with a tracking number that also turned out to be bullshit.

A few days later, the tracking number they’d provided said that the shipper still hadn’t received a package - so I emailed again. Oh, they assured me, the shipper was slow to update, but they could see that my package was on the way, and that they’d keep a watchful eye on things!

Still nothing, and the tracking was still moot - I emailed again and said I was starting a dispute with my card provider. They sent me a warning that since my package was in transit, filing a claim was fraud, and they’d prosecute!

I wrote again and asked WTF, and they said an error had been made, so sorry, they’d happily cancel the order and promptly issue a refund.

The tracking then said the package was in transit from mainland china.

No refund, no package - I emailed again. They told me that they could see that the refund had been processed, and the delay was my bank. Called my bank, and they laughed. Nope, more bullshit. The tracking finally said package delivered! To coral gables Florida…2500 miles from me.

They finally today sent me a refund email - but I haven’t seen a dime.

Total scam

Ordered on 3rd October, website stated 2-5 days delivery but I'm still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Order is shipped from who knows where on a plane so not environmentally friendly at all!

I placed an order with them on 9/18/24 for a product, $65 for one of their shark blankets. On 9/25/24 I tried messaging through their customer support chat on the Shop app because I'd never gotten any confirmation or shipping notice for my order, got an ai response but never spoke to a person. On 9/26/24 I sent an email to their customer support asking about my order and never got a response or an update. On 10/2 I sent another email and this time was informed that my package had been "lost" at dispatch and was now out of stock. I was never notified of this. The customer service rep I finally spoke with was very nice, and did offer a credit of $15 which I accepted, but why wasn't there any communication about the delay without me having to try contacting them multiple times? Today, almost an entire month after my order was placed I get a notification that my order is finally being shipped... from a Chinese fulfillment and shipping company. I will update my review if the quality is actually decent, but so far all of this seems very scammy and I am fully expecting to get some cheaply made drop shipped item. Don't waste your money.
