Would gladly give 0 stars. The absolute rip-off. Only cheap junk arrived that had nothing to do with the goods. After 2 months of negotiations (also via paypal case) I got the refund at least through paypal (seller offered me peanuts) but I got stuck with the return costs .... HANDS OFF!

Was man bekommt entspricht nicht dem was man auf dem Fotos sieht, wenn man dann reklamiert soll man einen Preisnachlass bekommen. Auf Umtausch oder Erstattung reagiert man nicht. Auf Antworten muss man sehr lange warten.

Cloths are nothing like what's seen on the site. Literal kids Halloween costume level of material and construction. Not worth a single dollar. Would give a zero if I could. Their customer service also sucks as it took them 2 months to get back to me. I can almost guarantee that the only reason they got back to me was due to the charge back. They also only offered me $30 back on a $250+ purchase.

Took a pay pal complaint to get them to send my order. When I got it, it was not anything like the pictures. I got junk. They are a rip off! Do not order from them. I'm filling a complaint with the BBB.

SCAM. wish.com scammer, probably stole these photos. nothing is correct, completely unprofessional, blocked me on everything after delaying return/refund for DAYS. issued a chargeback with my bank. save yourselves. SCAMMERS!

Ordered a kaftan. Got cheap crap made of rayon with even crappier trim. Paid $80 for a $10 Halloween costume quality POS.

Thank goodness I went through PayPal, they made the refund easy. My order was at "ready to ship" status for 2 weeks before I tried for refund.

Same as others. No response until I filed with Paypal. Then quick response that Items were ready to ship if I canceled my complaint. Didn't fall for it. Still no product but Paypal refunded almost all of my loss. I wish I had researched a little better. Website now has a warning from my virus software.

Never was informed about anything ite. Shows up a month later 5 sizes smaller then requested. Do not waste your money on this please it's a scam and if your upset about your item you will never hear from them.

I ordered in mid-April. Within the next 4 weeks I sent two emails asking for an update. After no response to emails, I opened a dispute with PayPal. They responded via PayPal quickly saying my order was ready to ship.I responded asking them to ship, and I would close the dispute. Separately, I received an email saying they would ship upon closure of the dispute. I did not respond. A week later, having received no shipping information or further response, I escalated to a claim. The claim was decided in my favor a few days later.

I do not recommend ordering from this company, no matter how cute the clothes are.

Definitely think and agree that this is a SCAM. 3 emails and no response. Noticed that Maxikaftan has a similar website and zero ability to contact other than email so be aware. Disputed the charge through my CC company, so hopefully I'll recover my costs.

Super con . Just like everyone else talking about these guys no parcels no replies to emails then the message came back today that the email is undeliverable . I will be warning the site I found it on .

Ordered a long time ago. They do not reply to emails. Seems like a scam. Going to report them to all the social media sites that promote them.

I ordered a jumpsuit on March 18, 2024 and we are at June 1, 2024. I have followed up with them on several occasions. Like everyone else, I thought this was legitimate but seems not.

Nearly a month, no shipment yet, no answer to my emails inquiries. I suspect that my item “awaiting shipping” will never ship. I suspect no one will answer my multiple inquiries about it. Way I see it this is probably a scam

4 weeks waiting for ANY confirmation of my order or ship date. MULTIPLE unanswered emails to these SCAMMERS with no response.
Only recourse I have is to to contact my credit agency to see if I can revoke the charge.

I bought my items and received a confirmation email, THAT'S IT. After 2 weeks, no further correspondence and no package. I opened a dispute with PayPal, after which they finally reached out. They told me my items were ready to ship out, but would not send them until I closed the dispute on PayPal, which is against PayPal policy. PayPal policy states that a dispute should only be closed once the matter is resolved, meaning AFTER I receive my item or a refund from the seller. Thank GOD I went through PayPal, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my money back. My experience is one of the better ones because I got my money back, at least.

What I ordered was different from the picture and the wrong size. I spent $187. They would not exchange an orphe mean eight dollar Credit I don't want credit I just want to Exchange for what I ordered. No phone number to call them just by email. I just threw $187 in the garbage.
Stay far away from them
