Honest Review

I had been experiencing poor sleep for nearly 20 years and had exhausted almost every avenue to try and resolve my sleep issues with little to no results. When I came across Devin and Sleep Science Academy (SSA) I was extremely skeptical as the price for the course was fairly expensive and I had given up almost all hope that my sleep issues could be resolved. I believed I was broken. Fast forward nearly a year since taking the course and my results and sleep experiences are astounding. Of course I still have occasional "bad" nights but this course truly provided the tools and proper mindset necessary to conquer my insomnia. While this course focuses on sleep it provides so much more for a healthy life mindset. Looking back; the money I spent on this course is arguably the best purchase I have ever made. One can't put a price on a healthy sleep mindset as sleep effects every aspect of life. Devin and his team are truly experts in what they do and I am extremely grateful I came across Devin and his course. They truly care and thrive in seeing their clients succeed. There is a reason they have a 97% success rate. I was as skeptical as they come and I couldn't happier with the results I have experienced. Sincere thank you to Devin and his team!

It does work! Just be patient and do the work!

Before joining Sleep Science Academy, I struggled with insomnia for nearly two years, some months much worse than others. I tried CBT and every supplement I could find, but nothing worked. I felt like I had run out of options. Despite the high upfront cost, I decided to fully commit and give it a real shot. Working with my coach, Emily, made all the difference. She became my rock, checking in on me regularly, and always there when I needed guidance. I would email her often, sharing how I felt, asking for advice, and leaning on her support between our sessions.

What I came to realize is that my insomnia was deeply tied to the level of stress I was under as an entrepreneur. Sleep Science Academy gave me the tools to manage that stress. For me, it became clear: when my stress was under control, I could sleep.

The tools I used evolved throughout the program. About a month in, my work load intensified significantly, and Emily helped me navigate everything I was feeling. She also encouraged me to speak with Devin. I had an hour-long call with him, and honestly, words can’t fully capture the impact he had on me.

Between Emily and Devin, something shifted almost overnight. I was finally able to let go, and sleep came naturally.

Now, three weeks later, I’m still practicing what I learned and working to make it part of my daily routine. In my case, this journey wasn’t really about insomnia, it was about stress. Once I learned how to release it, the insomnia followed. This course is all about the mind and how powerful it is. I’ll admit, I didn’t fully understand it at first, but Emily helped me clear through the noise so I could truly apply what I was learning.

Expensive and Ineffective

They have an interesting approach to addressing insomnia, but the 12-week program is quite expensive (Typically $5,000, I paid $3,500), and unfortunately my sleep didn't improve. Quite a lot of money down the drain for no improvement.
Devin Burke is a good health coach though, and it did seem like some people saw improvement (mostly those who had very high anxiety around the fact that they had insomnia), so I'm giving it two stars.
