Gestern war ich in diesem Geschäft, um Haar-Extensions zu kaufen, die ich aufhellen und anschließend mit meinen eigenen Haaren kombinieren kann. Ich habe ausdrücklich gefragt, ob sich die Haare auf Blond aufhellen lassen. Die Verkäuferin antwortete mir jedoch lediglich, dass die Haare „jede Farbe annehmen“, obwohl das nicht meine Frage war, und verkaufte mir anschließend kupferfarbenes Haar. Als ich anschließend bei der Arbeit in dem Salon, in dem ich tätig bin, versucht habe, die Haare auf Blond aufzuhellen, ließ sich das Haar überhaupt nicht aufhellen und war somit für den von mir genannten Zweck nicht geeignet. Daraufhin habe ich die Verkäuferin kontaktiert und sie gebeten, das Problem zu lösen. Leider wurde mir nicht weitergeholfen. Anschließend habe ich mich auch an die Managerin gewandt, aber auch von ihr wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten. Nicht einmal einen Kassenbon bzw. eine Rechnung habe ich erhalten. Ich bin von der Beratung und dem Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht. Meine konkrete Frage wurde nicht eindeutig beantwortet, und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass mir ein Produkt verkauft wurde, das nicht für den von mir genannten Zweck geeignet war. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich diesem Geschäft leider nur 1 Stern geben. Ich hätte mir eine transparente Beratung, eine klare Auskunft und vor allem eine angemessene Lösung für das entstandene Problem gewünscht.

I ordered one produce and did not sign up for recurring products.
I was reviewing my credit card and see that they have been charging me different amounts once per month for the last 3 months.
No mail has been received other than the one produce months ago.

I ordered 2 items and only recieved 1. Sent email to customer service and no one got back to me.

Really really love the sleek conditioner. I use it on my granddaughters hair every morning before taking her to preschool, it is absolutely wonderful wonderful.

I ordered a small $5 hair de tangled for travel they forgot to ship it instead they refunded me. I would rather have had the product shipped.
