Very disappointed in Slazenger.
No returns policy.
I paid £33.99. for my swimming costume only to open packet on arrival to find it had been reduced by 50% down to £16.!
Totally upset and disgusted.
I've always used Slazenger but will never order online from your company again.
Very sad.

I wanted to return one pair of shoes but despite trying to multiple times it would not find my order. Eventually it passed my 28 days since purchase. I attempted to find any way to contact the company including instagram and email but never got a response. I definitely will not be purchasing anything with Slazenger again simply because if there is any issue it’s incredibly difficult to get in contact.

I paid a 20 dollar cost to ship golf balls and then was hit with another 25 dollar cost after paying by a evri for duties/tax/ facilitation fees. Why wasn't this handled with my original 20 dollar shipping charge.

Did get the jakket but i payd full price bud when the jakket came was it a lap wit 80% salg

My items arrived with a 50% off tag on them (inside the plastic packaging), which was not what I had paid. When I checked the Sport Direct website the items are indeed 50% off.

As Sport Direct own Slazenger I'd recommend looking there first so you don't get ripped off like I did.

I have just made my first purchase from Slazenger. Whilst the product seems good (I have yet to wear it) it arrived with sale tags at a price much less than I had paid so I feel disgruntled. I was also not given the opportunity for a new customer discount which is very common for many brands. I tried to contact Customer Services and this proved impossible and hence writing my review on Trust Pilot. This is something I do not like doing unless I have given the company time to rectify the issue.

The socks were great, but I ordered 2 packs of black socks, only to receive 1 pack all black, 1 pack mixed! Still better than Sports Direct, I ordered 2 packs of black socks from them and got 2 packs of white socks, and they wanted to change me £5 to return them!
