I have used this company twice now. Both experiences have been positive and I absolutely love my updated spaces.

I most recently installed the bamboo slat wall in my bathroom and it turned out gorgeous. I ended up not needing all of the boxes I had purchased so I had to reach out regarding a return. Their customer service is top tier! They are very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

10/10 recommend this company. They are truly the best.

I found Slats.co through an online search and my entire experience with them was amazing! I had questions about the amount to order, and the difference between each product, that their online customer support answered quickly and efficiently. I ordered the product that worked best for my project and it arrived quickly and was amazing quality. Real wood! Would definitely order from this company again.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. Easy to install. I stained my pieces to match my black walnut river table. Takes stain beautifully. I glued my panels with construction adhesive. Finished the complete wall in just a few hours. Cuts easily with my trac saw. The fact that the slats are finished on three sides makes all the difference especially if you are staining the product. Will be using more slats.co products in the near future.

I absolutely love these slats! The quality is fantastic, and they look beautiful once installed. They’re also surprisingly easy to work with — easy to cut to size, and you can attach them to the wall using adhesive or nails.

One tip: be a little careful when taking them out of the box and handling them before installation, as you don’t want to accidentally bend them.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. Truly A+++! They are incredibly kind, genuine, helpful, and very fast to respond. You can really tell there are real people behind this company who care about their customers.

I also love supporting a small, family-owned business, especially when both the product and service are this good. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering these slats!

I got a clear response on a Sunday afternoon - I'd emailed the question while browsing and expected a response the next working day. But it came on Sunday. They understood the question and gave a clear answer! Ordering samples now ;)

I got the American Walnut TrueWood panels and we're really happy with the result. The panels are high quality, appear to be uniform slats (you cant tell it's wrapped), and install easy. The color did look a bit darker in our space than on the website so keep that in mind if you're trying to color match. I recommend looking at the review photos to get an idea for how it will look in your space.

Slats.co makes such an amazing product! I cut and installed their wall panels in my home office in one day and it completely transformed my office into a quiet, warm, inviting, and professional workspace. I cannot say enough about this amazing product! Thank you Slats.co!!

I purchased the 106" Dark Smoke Oak TrueWood Lite 3-Sided Veneer Acoustic Slat Panel and was juuuust short a little section after using 4 boxes. Paula was FANTASTIC and helped me well and very quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent product and superb customer service!

Great product and customer support! The Ultralight panels were easy breezy to install and they look fabulous in my new boutique. I had a delivery issue on my end (my fault!) and customer service was quick to remedy by working with UPS and getting the order sent back out to me in a flash. I really appreciated their immediate response to the issue and how friendly they were along the way. Highly recommend!

Paula at Slats is the best!
I didn’t realize that I had my old address listed as the “ship to” so my order went to my old house in another state. Slats could have said that was my problem to solve but Paula worked magic to get my order picked up and delivered to my correct address. That’s above-and-beyond customer service that isn’t typical but was greatly appreciated!

The slats came out wonderfully for my project. They feel high quality and were super easy to cut down and install.

Also, one of the slats came damaged due to the delivery service, but when I reached out to Slats.co customer service they responded immediately and helped me out.

My experience with Slats.com was very positive Received the product timely. Was an easy install for my project.

I purchased the ultralight walnut slats to add acoustic support and visual aesthetic to my office/guest room. They were so easy to install and they look great! Shipping was fast and the product is as described. Even better, I purchased a pack of 4 and my wall needed about another 75% of one panel to complete. I messaged slats.co on a Sunday asking for a solution, and even though they don't sell one panel at a time, they offered me a very generous solution. All within minutes of my request. Great customer service and quality product!
