Very helpful with ideas and the artwork side at the design stage. A very quick turnaround from ordering the final design. The polished slate plaque turned out much better than what I was expecting. Highly recommended ! Deffinetly will use again 100%

The memorial plaque that Ben made is absolutely outstanding. I was looking for something special to commentate how loved my fiance was, and Ben created something that lived up to this so beautifully. From start to finish Ben was extremely professional, and it is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and it was important to him that the plaque was just as I wanted it.
Thank you so much Ben, I couldn’t be happier with the finished piece.

I am very impressed with the customer service given to me by The Slate Workshop. My request for an item no longer in stock was met with the utmost courtesy with a prompt reply and the offer to investigate further. This resulted in a successful outcome for which I was very grateful.
The parcel arrived safely on time and was beautifully and safely packed.
Nothing but praise for Ben and this company.

Ben at The Slate Workshop has just produced a beautiful memorial plaque for my friends and I to mark the spot where a dear friend’s ashes have been scattered. He listened to all the requirements and provided a proof to show us how the finished item would look. We had a number of questions which were answered promptly giving us the confidence to place our order. The order was completed quickly and delivered via courier in more than adequate packaging, which ensured it arrived in perfect condition. We are delighted with the finished item and would definitely recommend The Slate Workshop to anyone considering placing an order.

Ben has produced some fantastic memorial slates for our families at Clandon Wood. He is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him.

I enjoyed the email exchange with Ben to pin down the exact design of our house signs; he always answered my concerns promptly and understood exactly what I was after. Once we had confirmed our choice and paid, the work arrived very quickly, and it is really beautiful. We are very pleased with them.

Excellent work delivered on time. Highly recommend

The "number plate" I wanted was a slate with two numbers on it and a vertical arrow. They made it absolutely perfecly. What more could anyone want?

I wanted a memorial plaque in Welsh slate to commemorate my father and grandmother. The finished result was perfect. It looks and feels beautiful and has been finished to a really high standard. The cost was very reasonable and I received my plaque within 10 days. I would definitely use this company again.

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH MY INITIAL HOUSE NAME PLAQUE THAT I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE TO GO ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DRIVE.
EVEN THE AMAZON DELIVERY DRIVE MENTIONED HOW WELL IT STOOD OUT IN LOW LIGHT LEVELS!
THE SERVICE IS PROMPT AND VERY HELPFUL.

Ben from the company, was very helpful in helping us with the style of house name plate we wanted for a present. He gave us all the various style choices which our son & his wife reviewed, & they asked if they could change certain things, which was no problem at all. The well wrapped slate safely arrived when Ben said it would, & we were all very delighted with it. It looks great on their new house wall. Highly recommended

Amazing. They were really helpful and managed to work to my very tight deadline, keeping me informed throughout the process. They have delivered the memorial directly to the site, so taking all of the pressure away. I highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you.

I have nothing but good words to say about this company. I asked for a bespoke piece of slate, (a shove penny board) which the lovely chap made a perfect personalised one for me from my scruffy drawing. I couldnt be happier with it, all fancy engravings and lettering. I have to say it was so quick too.
Delivery was also very reasonable and it was bubble wrapped so well it took an age to open lol.
Thankyou Ben a pleasure.

Delighted with our new house number plate. Ben very professional

Ben created a lovely plaque for me! The process was quick and delivery was included in the price. It came out beautifully and I'd definitely use Ben's service again.
