Do not book with this company. They will tell you that flights are available and priced as advertised.
Once you pay they will call and ask if you can travel on different dates,if not they will ask for more money for the flights you have booked for. When asked for a refund and when, the answer was "don't know". Luckily my bank blocked the transaction

Whatever you do please please do not…
Whatever you do please please do not use this company. I’ve just paid for a flight and they have taken my money but told me they can’t provide the flight. They won’t refund me and asking for more money. I’m going to the financial ombudsman to get this sorted. I’ve also contacted my bank to report fraud. They advertise flights which look to good to be true and they are. You pay for your flights and then you get nothing. The numbers in the websites don’t all work. Do not use

never book with this company they are a SCAM! booked my flight at 5am for a quoted price they called up at 9am and i was unavailable but 5pm they’re telling me to pay an extra £95 since the price went up since i last booked and asked me to pay that

Since finding Skywizard as their prices were the cheapest I spoke to Raymond who was very helpful after a few hiccups Raymond was very helpful and patient he went over and beyond to satisfy my anxious Ness regarding my holiday I will be going back to Skywizard again also recommending this company to my friends & family and to ask for Raymond

First time booking Flights with this company after going through Skyscanner. I was very happy with the customer service provided by Ashish. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am really thankful for Ashish's assistance as I was booking a flight for my father and needed that extra reassurance that he would be taken care of on this trip. UPDATE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Update :
Following from my previous review dated 27th September. I have been inundated with phone calls from Raymond , 1st call was to basically say I have not heard the original call correctly and it wasn't Qatar that had the problem it was their flight suppliers ?! The original call was qatar cannot process the 2nd leg of the journey ( why would I call Qatar for validation if he hadn't told me ? So following on from this a call every day begging to change my review now he "has explained in full"the final call yesterday to say his salary has been frozen until I change the review. So I've adhered to the requests and added the update.

I've tried booking flights twice now…
I've tried booking flights twice now with this company through their website once in September good price on flight just to get a phone call a week later saying that my credit card payment didn't go through and that I need to pay almost £450 more then the original price I cancelled all the flights. Fast forward to this weekend (6 Oct) had a look again at flights reasonably good price for the flights paid it on my credit card just to get a phone call few hours later say that the price I paid isn't correct that I need to pay extra £600 for the same flights.
From all my years of travel this is the first time I had any problems like this. And my looking at other complaints on here seems like it's a regular scam that they have. Hook you in with affordable price just to then try and get you to pay much more.
