They’re simply the worst courier company in the history of courier companies. Kindly boycott them for your peace and sanity cos they’ll frustrate and disappoint you.
Worst shipping courier in history
Literally the absolute worst shipping company in history. Repeatedly had experiences where my package is missing or lost for months. Try to contact them and no one calls or emails back. Phone lines are always backed up. Can't just pay for duties online simply like other couriers. Try to email them from various provided outlets and I get error messages or emails undelievered. I don't understand why they suck so much. Horrible company. I now avoid shopping with companies that use them as a courier.

I wonder why ASOS work with them
They take overtime to deliver. Since ASOS started working with them I’ve never gotten my parcel on time they always take an extra 5-10 days. I’ve missed important occasions because of them. One time I ordered an outfit for a group for a performance and they didn’t deliver on time they took an extra 10 days! Now, most recently I guess they have misplaced my parcel as it’s been over a month plus and my parcel hasn’t gotten to my destination country yet and they refused to reply my emails. They careless about customers!

KK Branch takes many days to deliver and boxes are often damaged.
The good news is that iHerb USA provide free delivery to Malaysia using this courier. The bad news is that they take many days to delivery from their Kota Kinabalu branch. The latest parcel was received in KK on 11th January. It is now 20th and still no sign of delivery! Often parcels are damaged. Why does the KK branch not get their act together! Emails sent bounce!
I used their service to send an important documents
I used their service to send an official document from Dubai to Sharjah, They promised to deliver it the next day however while I was tracking the shipment on their website it showed "No Information" I contacted their customer service 4 times with no proper action. Eventually they asked me to go to their warehouse to pickup the parcel.
The customer service refused to transfer my call to their supervisor and kept saying we will ask him to contact you!
I'm very disappointed from their service and I'm not recommending them to anyone.
Also they didn't provide receipt for the amount I have paid.

worst courier service. they open your parcel without your consent. and charge additional fee for shipping which in fact they weight it on their end before they deliver abroad. worst service!!!

This has been the worst courier service I have ever come across. It is unbelievable... they keep telling me they will deliver my parcel and then I receive messages saying “ we made an attempt to deliver it but you weren’t there” I called three times to find out what was happening and in the beginning they had the wrong address (which was actually correct on my details so it was their fault) and then I call them they say they will deliver it and I ve been waiting while nobody rings the bell. I just received messages that they attempted to deliver it when they haven’t. Then I call to tell them that and the customer service tells me she will have the transportation calling me and they did of course . It’s been taking weeks to get just a KIKO package for gods sake and still haven’t got it.
Then I try to change the delivery time and their website doesn’t work. How does KIKO work with them? That’s unbelievable .

Is there an option not to give a single star? Cos they don’t deserve any. If you are reading this SELFRIDGE (Yes you Selfridge), please ditch this courier company. Please for the betterment of the shopping experience with you guys. I decided not to renew my selfridge+ because of Skynet. If there is such a superlative form of WORST (which obviously there in’t any), SKYNET is probably best describe as such.

Is this courier company serious about customer service, something tells me that they don't. A parcel which should have been delivered between 3-5 days has still not been delivered to my address. Yesterday's excuse was that the bakkie brokedown resulting in the parcel not being delivered. I wonder what today's excuse is since I still don't have the parcel in my possession. I don't know who is worse between Incredible Connection and Skynet who is their preferred courier company. I am on my own because they don't give a hoot about me, they have made a sale on to the next sucker.

Nobody knocked nor called me, everything inside the packaged was exposed, even the bags inside containing the items. I was at home all day so the carrier could've noticed me in a way or another but nope.
Just sad to see it was dropped inside the building near the entrance where everyone could have stole it.
Won't survive 1 wash
Purchased 8 shirts for $208. After the first 4 didn't survive the first trip to the washing machine they said they would replace the order, I gave away the bad shirts instead of selling. Then they didn't replace them and said they need to see a picture of each 'damaged' shirt instead of the first 3 pictures I sent.

DON'T USE...Paid $60 for express from the UK to Aus shipped 22nd Oct and it's the 11th Nov NO parcel, NO correspondence about delay, when I contacted them (twice) NO assistance or accountability.... How on earth do such an incompetent company say in business!!! Yet ASOS stay using them just because they are cheap for them to use, ridiculous.

Per your company policy, if SkyNet is responsible for the loss of a parcel they’re liable and they have to compensate the customer.
Not lie to me and avoid the essential issue.
August 31st I sent a parcel from Dubai to Australia. The parcel contained a $259.07 AUD brand new dress which was being returned to a Fulfilment Centre of David Jones (a big fashion retailer).
The parcel never arrived at destination, it was lost by SkyNet. And I have proof because:
1. David Jones who is the receiver has confirmed me it hasn’t arrived. And it’s been more than a month since it “supposedly” arrived. Which later on I’ll prove it is a blatant lie.
2. SkyNet’s incriminating emails.
Ever since I sent the parcel out, I checked the tracking status almost every day. I even got emails from you telling me the planes from Dubai to Australia had been delayed and was taking longer than expected.
There weren’t any updates since Sept 13th until after 1st of October when after a month of having it sent I demand my compensation over email. After that day mysteriously the parcel is marked as “Delivered on Sept 15th” in the tracking status
After all the month of September of SkyNet telling me they don’t know where it is.
I have emails dating after Sept 15th when it was supposedly delivered where you clearly say it hasn’t been delivered.
-Sept 20th I received an email from you that says you were still trying to locate the shipment in the depot.
[So how can it have been delivered if you have no idea where it is!??] 🤔
-Sept 23rd another email to re confirm its delivery address.
Your own emails are the proof.
-Sept 29th I sent an email with the screenshot of the latest tracking. Still no signs of the parcel having been delivered.
So how mysterious right after my email the 29th all of a sudden the tracking is updated and marked as delivered Sept 15th!!
You’re a company how can you be lying like this to me?
It’s unacceptable. I want my compensation & money back since the parcel has been lost.
$259 AUD for the dress + 140 AED shipping.
If you say it was delivered send me the GPS location of the device where the postie was when he supposedly marked it as delivered please. Or the signature of the person who received at destination.
You have absolutely no proof of delivery and are trying to put the blame on me.
I’m have a photo of a screenshot of the status I took Friday Oct 1st. It was still showing Sept 13th as the last update and no records of it having been delivered weeks before that.
The receiver David Jones Fulfilment Centre confirmed me the package never arrived at destination (their facility).
I’m have proof of everything and I have sent hundreds of emails with the folder with all the attachments.
I am appalled a company I trusted can treat a customer like this and lie in this way.
You’re literally scammers & thieves. I want my money back or I’ll make a huge case out of with with UAE’s Consumer Protection.
Also, on of your agents offered me a 30 USD as compensation. You’re completely out your mind if you think I’ll agree to that sum!! I paid 140 AED just for the shipping which is almost 40 USD! On top of the $259 AUD of the brand new dress it contained.
