Worst courier ever... At the website it say open but when i go to the branch the branch is closed then when i called nobody answer. if closed just said close why the hell that you need to said that it open? i came from a far place just to take my item at the branch and my items is fragile just hoping that skynet could refund if my item is damage or expired if not well mybe just boycott this courier like KFC,MCD etc

Worst Courier Experience in Malaysia
I rarely write reviews but with SkyNet, I just had to. Always a bad experience. First, their tracking is very misleading. They alway put "Out for Delivery" but the delivery does not arrive. This is very troublesome especially if you stay and wait for the delivery that never comes. Next, they will sometimes put "Recipient Unreachable" even if your phone is in your ear waiting for the courier to call. The delivery people are also sometimes very rude. I do not know why sellers or platforms use this courier. Before I place an order, I ask first if they are using SkyNet. If it is SkyNet, I look for anotehr seller, even if it costs more. Just to avoid the nighmare of SkyNet!
Worst delivery company in Malaysia
Worst delivery company in Malaysia. They constantly change the delivery status from "out for delivery" to "unsuccessful delivery" within a minute. This just happened again; I've been waiting for my parcel for almost 3 weeks, and then I suddenly received a notification saying "successful delivery." However, nothing was delivered. After I called them, sent emails, and involved Lazada, they said that it was delivered to the wrong station and that the status was accidentally set to "delivered." They also accidentally uploaded a black image as proof of delivery. This is pure deception and fraud to me! I hope Lazada gets rid of this terrible and unprofessional company soon.

Er werden twee pakketjes uit het buitenland naar me verstuurd met Skynet. Die zijn nooit aangekomen. Ik heb vier keer bij online support om hulp gevraagd, maar daar kwam geen enkele reactie op.

Terrible service. 13 days to deliver a printer which, incidentally, has not been delivered yet. "Tomorrow" is their stock answer to everything. Incredible Connection use them as couriers so be wise when choosing online purchases. Find out which courier company is going to deliver (or not...)
Skynet is lousy
Lousy company can’t deliver my parcel on time and gave irrational excuse that the address is invalid. I can’t understand why Lazada is still using them. They will drive lazada’s volume lower for sure.
Terrible service
Even if they deliver to the wrong location, they will try to cover up the mistake. Take a grainy photo to hide the damaged packaging. Customer service assumes I'm making a false statement. Very unpleasant and terrible service.
Poor Service - Don’t use Skynet!
Poor service and terrible experience - Purchases made on 2 Feb 2024 with estimated delivery date by 9 Feb 2024. Reached out to seller on 14 Feb 2024 to check on the delivery status. I was then informed Skynet will expedite the delivery within the week. Finally, it is out for delivery on 16 Feb 2024 but I did not received my purchases until 17 Feb 2024. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Not only their delivery was late than the given estimated date, their so called “expedited delivery services” also dragged till last day of the week. I will not recommend this courier company at all, there are better ones out there. I gave my review on other platforms and feedback the same to the seller, hoping more reviews to help raise other consumers’ awareness so they wouldn’t go through the same experience ever

way too slow & lack of tracking order status
ordered via iherb on 23rd December 2023. delivery was supposed to be made on January 09th 2024. when i checked the order status, the last update was still last year on 28th December. how much slower can you be? and they keep missing out my decathlon parcels and i have to contact them about it. if the company is really overwhelmed with making shipment on time, perhaps you need to relook your delivery strategy and the department that is managing all these delays.

There have been instances when trust is placed in an organization based on its national logistics capabilities. Unfortunately, such confidence could not be extended to Skynet. I opted for online renewal of my license as I was going away on vacation. I made the payment on a Monday, receiving a tracking number and processing details. Surprisingly, Tuesday was designated as the delivery day, yet the parcel failed to arrive. On Wednesday, the tracking system indicated that the item was out for delivery. I spent the entire day at home, only to discover that the item was not delivered, with the explanation being that there was no one to receive the parcel.
Adding to the complexity, on Wednesday evening, realizing it was getting late, I contacted their customer service number, which was challenging to reach. With patience, I waited until my call was answered. The lady on the call requested my tracking number, and upon providing it, she asked me to hold while attempting to contact the driver. After a prolonged wait, she informed me that the driver was on the way and instructed me to wait until 5 pm. However, the promised driver did not materialize.
The next morning at 9 am, I called again, emphasizing the urgency of the parcel and its importance. The person who answered took my address, promising to communicate with the driver and get back to me. Upon returning to the call, I was assured with 100% certainty that the parcel was on its way, as the person had spoken directly to the driver. Despite this assurance, the parcel never arrived throughout the day. Later in the afternoon, when I called, a lady insisted that she had spoken to the driver, assuring me of delivery before 5 pm. When I requested the driver's contact information to arrange collection, she declined. Despite waiting by the gate, the parcel did not arrive.
By the fifth day, Friday, my frustration led me to call again in the morning. The same individual I spoke to previously answered. I shared my dissatisfaction with the service and pleaded for the driver's contact or for my number to be passed on, as waiting seemed futile. Regrettably, the individual refused and asked me to wait while he attempted to contact the driver. What disappointed me was the false claim that the parcel was not delivered due to the inability to find someone at the address, which was untrue. After he asserted that the driver guaranteed delivery without failure, I spent the entire day at home with no delivery. Subsequent calls proved unsuccessful.
On Saturday morning, I called again, and the person who answered was exceptionally rude. He explained about the holiday rush and the busyness of drivers but failed to act with honesty and integrity. Had I known, I would have arranged for collection at the Skynet branch in Germiston. Unable to travel because my license disc had expired, he later mentioned that they do not deliver on weekends, contradictory to the core values of the organisation that seeks to exceeds or meet the costumer expectations.
I am profoundly disappointed with Skynet's services and their blatant dishonesty throughout this ordeal.

Firstly, the drivers appear to have minimal, if any, training regarding the areas they are delivering to. This lack of local knowledge has resulted in numerous delays and misrouted packages. It's perplexing how a delivery service can operate effectively without a fundamental understanding of the geography they are servicing.
Furthermore, the issue of misinformation is rampant. The drivers consistently provide inaccurate delivery times, often claiming to have attempted delivery when, in fact, no such attempt was made. This is not just an inconvenience; it's a breach of trust between the customer and the service provider.
The customer service experience does little to remedy the situation. Contacting the call center turns into an odyssey of its own, with long hold times being the norm. The representatives, when finally reached, often resort to making up excuses or displaying a lack of concern for the issues at hand.
After three failed delivery attempts in just one month, my patience and trust in Skynet Worldwide Express have been thoroughly exhausted. I find myself hoping that Amazon reevaluates their partnership with this company as an authorized third-party deliverer. A service that consistently fails to deliver (quite literally) not only inconveniences customers but also reflects poorly on the businesses that rely on them for shipping.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Skynet Worldwide Express based on my experiences. The combination of poorly trained drivers, misinformation, and lackluster customer service makes for a frustrating and unreliable delivery service. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken as a constructive call for significant improvements in their operations.
