They have recently done a roof repair for my dad
Who is trying to get he’s affairs in order
As he has never smoked a cigarette in his life but has been diagnosed with end of life lung cancer
They came and offered him a cash price of £1000 to repair the roof end gamble
A few weeks later
The tiles have slipped so much that they are now covering the guttering
Wish I could post the photos
Rang and he was so rude
Asked if they were coming out to rectify it
He said we’re too busy basically
Absolute shameless creatures
Can’t remember the exact date without looking at the ring doorbell footage and bank statements
But it was beginning of this month

Do not go near these people I need a whole new roof it’s that bad they set up new company’s all the time think they still have there scaffolding company by the same name cowboys they now have a business called summit scaffolding and brick lane properties glasgow

My three salient complaints is that the roofs they put up don't hold off the water, the repairs they do don't remedy the problem and they don't answer the phone or email. A warranty is only as good as the people who give you it.

All looks very professional on surface but job wasn’t completed and what was done was to a shocking standard. Won’t reply to emails or phone calls. Has folded and started up again multiple times according to companies house. Stay well clear and done be fooled by the fake reviews

We had new roof fitted in January 2023 and have a 10 year guarantee.
However, when collecting suitcases from the loft on 22nd February found there to be water cascading internally from the bottom of the roof to the outside of the house.
On investigation it was identified that the membrane fitted does not go all the way to the bottom of the roof and there are no channels fitted to direct the water into the guttering.
we have tried numerous times since February and cannot get anyone to answer the phone 0141-730-2826.
As the situation is still occurring whenever it rains, we have now been forced to seek assistance elsewhere.
Basically, guarantee is not worth a button and the after sale service from Skyline is non-existant.

Very bad company they are scam

Hi skyline roofing owners Kieran and Jon .this company fitted new roof last Xmas and gave us 25 year guarantee .had to contact company again this Xmas as loft full of water again.thry said it was condensation so we bought humidifiers to put up in loft .Jon said ridge tiles were leaking and roof panel had dropped down and would need secured also some wood was bowed and they would fix it .I'm disabled and we have sent loads of text o Kieran and Jon .when they do answer they say they are coming out to fix it give us a day then change from Mon to Tuesday to Wednesday and so on.ive noticed there are quite a lot of complaints the same as mine . What do I do now go to trading standards

I am so happy with my new roof thanks to the Skyline Group. They were quick and efficient. They kept me updated on all the work being done and were quick to respond to and resolve any issues that occurred. It truly felt that my satisfaction was their primary concern at all times.

Recently had our windows and doors done by The Skyline Group. The team were a pleasure to deal with and right from the initial appointment, they kept me updated throughout. The install team were in and out in a day and even brushed and hoovered after they’d finished. Great service at a fair price, would use again and will be recommending to friends and family.

I highly recommend Skyline Group for their Roofing. I received excellent service from the initial quote through to the finished roof and removal of the scaffolding. The workers were courteous and worked hard to complete the roof promptly and cleaned up after themselves each day. I got a daily phone call from Greg to tell me what was happening that day and to ask if I had any questions or concerns – I was very happy to be kept in the loop. On completion of the roof, I was sent before and after photos of the full roof and all guarantees which I really appreciated. I gladly recommend them to my family and friends (and anyone else who asks!).
I love the look of the finished roof. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job.

There is zero after care and their number doesn’t work anymore I’ll be raising a case with trading standards as part are falling off

The company came out to render my garage. I was quoted a competitive price and the job was arranged for the following week. The workers came out and were clean and tidy but they completed the job ion a day. Very happy with the quality of the work and the follow-up from the company to ensure I was happy with the work. Would recommend this company and will consider them for any further works to my property

We recently had 8 windows and 2 doors installed by the team at The Skyline Group, we couldnt recommend them enough. Great process from start to finish, the presentation & gaurentee's where superior from anything els we had seen on the market which ultimately gave us the peace of mind to choose the skyline group. After a lot of research I had new windows and doors fitted in anthracite grey . The products are top quality and the team from customer service through to the fitters were a pleasure to deal with .Punctual, polite and they cleaned up after themselves . I would highly recommend
