I ordered this blind for a Velux window a month ago, it arrived but it doesn't fit the window because the drop down menu on skylight blinds is incomplete. I contacted them and they keep telling they have arranged a pickup with DPD which never happens. The courier tells me they are not aware of any scheduled pick-ups for this company.Skylight blinds keep apologizing and stalling me and I waisted 92 euro dealing with these apparent fraudsters. I hope you all learn from my mistake.

So easy to order , blinds were fabulous quality and fantastic price

From ordering the blinds to receiving them only took e few days. The were very simple to instal with just a screwdriver and fitted perfectly. When the blind is down there is absolute darkness in the room. Very efective.

Blind is not sealing the edges properly and light entering through sides so it not working as a black out blind as expected.

I am by no means a blinds expert, and choosing the right size and type for your windows is not exactly the simplest task in the world. That said, their website does an impressively good job of making the process as idiot-proof as possible.

Unfortunately, I still managed to order the wrong size the first time around — which only proves the old theory that while programmers keep trying to build better idiot-proof systems, the Universe keeps building better idiots, and the Universe is winning the race.

That particular issue existed entirely between the keyboard and the chair, though. The company itself was excellent. I was genuinely impressed both by the quality of the blinds and by how easy the ordering and installation was. Their online video guide deserves special mention here — clear, simple, and genuinely helpful.

Very well done overall. I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered blackout blind for my Velux window. It arrived within 3 or 4 days and was reasonably easy to fit. The instructions could have been clearer. In my case they did not state that the cassette needs to click into place over the existing lugs on the side of the window. Overall a good service and cheaper than buying from Velux directly.
