Well organised trip from start to finish, Our guide Laura had great knowledge of the Lochs + canals we canoed, exceptional camping places and great food.
Highly recommended.

A brilliant 5 days canoeing trip across Scotland - made by our guide Laura - she gave us the skills - not too much instruction/relaxed - made us feel safe on the water and a great cook 😊

Our guide David was lovely, kind, patient and always looking out for us. This is a great adventure and I would highly recommend. I would say though think about the correct clothing and maybe do a little training. Its tough but you know the saying, no pain, no gain. Fantastic trip overall.

What a fantastic three days we’ve spent kayaking and hiking through the fjords.

Our guide, Fredrick, was knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-round legend. If you’re lucky enough to have him guiding your trip, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

I didn’t think it was possible, but the scenery somehow got even better as the trip went on.

We’ll definitely be booking another trip next year — but for longer this time.

Amazing weekend kayaking the Jurassic coast. The instructors at Land & Wave made the experience so seamless. They were very efficient at loading and unloading the gear and handled an unexpected parking issue calmly and effectively on a very busy bank holiday weekend. Booking via Skyhook was easy and had all the information needed. I would highly recommend, specially if you haven't kayaked before and want to try it out with experienced instructors. Food provided was also very good. I hope to book further adventures.

Trip went very smoothly from pickup in Cusco, trek up Salkantay Pass, tour of Machu Picchu and return to Cusco. Camping in tents was great especially the third evening, Our guide, Ronald, and the team were fantastic.

3 day Kayaking along the Jurassic Coast was a fabulous experience.
Our guides from ‘Land and Wave’ who ran the experience were incredible. The five young men (Ben, Matt, Tobias, Phil, Mel and James) made the experience from excellent to outstanding. We were made welcome from start to finish.

The trip itself doesn’t require any previous experience but I do recommend you do some core and arm exercises during the few weeks before you go. This really helped as some people struggled with niggles after each paddle. The views are amazing and paddling is really easy going so there’s no pressure. Make sure you take plenty of water aboard and everything is in waterproof bags.
The kit was all clean and well
maintained and the minibuses to the launch sites were good and professionally driven.
You’ll need some strength to lift the boats on and off but don’t worry if you can’t as the whole group support each other.

Food was delicious and healthy and a basic kitchen (kettles, fridges, mugs, tea and coffee) are all available and an extension lead to charge phones. Showers are hot and powerful, toilets are of high standard (for a campsite) but a little walk from the tent so you might want a bucket in your tent for nighttime. A head torch is handy too.
We used the fire pit and were provided with marshmallows and sticks. Dietary preferences were accommodated well.

Comms from Skyhook in advance of the trip was very good and we were able to introduce ourselves to the group before we went which made the first introductions on the day much easier.

There’s a choice of lovely pubs within walking distance for your evening meal.

The tents are fabulous, clean, cool and comfortable.

Highly recommended for singles, couples, friends, siblings or adult child and parent. We had a lovely mixture of all in our group.

An utterly brilliant experience! The canoeing across Scotland was incredible and beautiful. It enabled us to see Scotland from the vantage point of canals and from the middle of lochs. As a 68 year old woman with the start of arthritis I faced challenges but the whole group just support each other and felt very lucky to have been able to achieved this. Our guides Pete and Ellin were fantastic. Thank you for this wonderful experience

What an amazing experience! The activities were brilliant and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The instructors were absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this trip.

A fantastic experience. We went as a party of 6 and met a great group of people including Kev our guide and driver. Booking the guided trip meant that we didnt have to worry about transfers or accomodation or where to park. We could just enjoy the hikes. Although I would say I am fit (57) I was apprehensive due to reviews about the terrain but we were fine even Ben Nevis which was all snow 1000 m up. It wasnt easy by any means and long days as transfers were around 4 - 5 hours but what a laugh and a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent trip well planned and executed very well from start to finish.
Equipment and start briefing provided by Chukky were very good.
Our guides from Good2GoAdventures, Pete and Dave, looked after us very well both on and off the water. They "read the room" and adjusted as required to make the whole group comfortable.

The trip was challenging both on some rough water and some long portage however all very manageable; again due to Pete and Dave noting what support was needed.

Would definitely consider similar trips in the future.

The hike up Mount Olympus was great , Akis our guide was a top man..Very knowledgeable in the area.. Would book with Skyhook again...

In the longstanding challenge to spend the son and heir's inheritance in creative ways we booked this trip. Short version is that it was brilliant!

In our late sixties, we were the eldest in the group but never once did we feel out of place. Chuckie and Elin, the guides, supported all of us all the way and even on the hardest days made sure we were all supported and not left behind. When we capsized (yes it can happen and it was our fault) they were on the spot and had us out and on the way in short order. They also made great meals every night.

It is hardish work. A base level of fitness was a definite advantage, more might have been better, but it was achievable, we just kept going. The rewards were well worth it. There is stunning scenery along the route and the camaraderie that developed in our group was glorious.

One last piece of advice, you don't need many clothes but lots of dry socks is a definite plus!

Have to say this trip was exceptional.
Our guide Tes was outstanding and went above and beyond what should be expected of a guide , also Victor our driver for the week was a really pleasant guy .
The location , accommodation and the itinerary were all exceptional.
Albania is well worth visiting and I could not recommend this trip highly enough to anyone who may be considering it .Sean

Just completed the canoe trip accross Scotland. Great trip, the leaders Dave and Pete were very helpfull and full of knowledge. Wouls advise anyone to book it.

This was an amazing trip! Pete and Dave were wonderful guides, supporting us through the more challenging parts of the journey and giving us loads of helpful info. The wild campsites were brilliant and the meals they cooked were delicious. They encouraged us to work as a team both on and off the water (you need to portage around several locks), and gauged our energy levels for each part really well, explaining the options we had for getting to the next rest stop or overnight stay. The scenery is stunning and it feels like a true achievement when you get to the end.

Great trip with 2 fantastic guides - Chuckey and Elin. Highly recommend. All gear provided, food was good, great group of paddlers. Our 2 guides were knowledgeable, competent and looked after us well.

Fabulous time! The weather was very kind to us - we had a taste of everything it seems - the gentle canoeing through the stillwater canals & lochs surrounded by pine forests & mountain peaks is just beautiful. The leader (Robson) expertly guided us in the logistics of portaging around the locks and finding & setting up wild camps. We also had the opportunity to adopt the rafting technique for more stability & teamwork in choppy waters. Plus we tried a bit of sailing in our canoes! On top of all these experiences was the convenience of all equipment being provided by the company, we just needed to bring ourselves & personal clothing/footwear etc. Robson also took photos/videos for us to take away. 5/5 stars!

A really excellent trip. Well organized with a guide who knows his stuff, and a very competent assistant. The canoes were stable and handled well. Days were not too strenuous, though you were paddling for up to 6 hours a day with breaks. Portages were short except for Ft Augustus. I'm 70 and didn't have any issues. Wild campsites were generally very good and the food reasonable for the preparation and storage conditions. Our group mainly gelled very well, with plenty of campfire socializing in the evenings ( and at other times when we took breaks). I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

From start to finish I was looked after really well, especially as my stay was slightly off-itinerary. I was helped by Lahouciene with my transfer arrangements and was welcomed by everyone at Riad Bab (shout out to a very patient Abdul!). From arranging a solo room to help with my very heavy bag, even on to the next Riad.

I found this a challenging experience from start to finish, both mentally and physically. I will add that I’m not used to travelling alone or trekking at altitude.

Our guides Hasan and Ayoub looked after our group really well, keeping us informed, checking up on our welfare, feeding us, pacing our climb and descent and all with such a great sense of humour.

Highlights for me: our guides/our group/seeing mountain life/stunning scenery.
Lowlights: the refuge was very crowded but, it’s a mountain hut and it did the job/my cardio fitness needs work.

Overall, I’m not sure I could have booked with anyone else and had a better experience. Thoroughly recommend!
