Purchased an item mid Oct ‘24. It was dead on arrival. Fought with SkyHome Australia for three weeks before they agreed to replace it. The replacement arrived and also did not work. Another argument for almost a month before they agreed to return the second faulty item.
All arguments are via email as their support contact number is disconnected. The hour one spends crafting a valid complaint email is met with a one line unhelpful reply.
Our device is now being repaired in China and they will apparently return the repaired item once done. As of mid Jan 25 we still have not received a replacement.
This is the most belligerent, unhelpful company I have ever dealt with. Happy to take your money and that is where the happiness ends. You have a greater chance of being left with a broken spirit than getting a refund.
If you have not yet bought from SkyHome Australia, then you are the luckier one. If you have, then I understand your pain. The easiest way to avoid all this unpleasantness is to buy from someone else.

SkyHome Australia clearly has no interest in its customers beyond taking their money. If you value your time, energy, and sanity, steer clear of this company. You’ve been warned.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing from SkyHome Australia. If I had, I could have avoided the absolute disaster that has been my experience with this company. They are every bit as bad as the one-star reviews warn. When you encounter problems with electronic devices not working, you can look forward to an uphill battle to get anything fixed—or even acknowledged. To make matters worse, their support contact number doesn’t work. All communication happens through email and their replies are short and dismissive. SkyHome Australia is the very definition of a company that doesn’t care. STAY AWAY.
No. 1 worst company in Australia
In twenty years of online shopping experience, this is without a doubt the worst company we have ever dealt with.
Purchased a eufy S1pro. It did not work and they refused to replace it because we “had opened the packaging”. And that I was the start of a protracted run-around that has lasted three months.
You can expect long delays to support requests, innovative and creative reasons why they will not replace items that do not work and ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY REFUNDED. Had to resort to clawing it back from our credit card company.
Companies like this should not be allowed to operate in Australia. PLEASE, PAY A BIT MORE AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Sold me a product they did not have in…
Sold me a product they did not have in stock on 24th July, but it showed in stock at the time of purchase, was meant to be delivered on 31st July, contacted them 7th August to find out what is happening and they said they have no stock and will be getting stock in on 9th August and will send shortly after that. Asked for refund and that took time also. Be careful when purchasing from this company. EDIT - I was now asked for extra information from seller. I have messages back and forth to prove everything from Catch of the day.I wish I could put them here to prove you sold a product NOT in stock. Just look at the other negative reviews, they continue to do this and get away with it.

No response to refund on item not received
Purchased a gaming mouse through their store on Catch.com.au that has been stuck in "processing" for weeks. When I contacted the team, I was advised that this was due to no stock, I've requested a refund but haven't received a response from the support team.
Sky Home Australia are a suspect company to buy from!
I ordered a Miele vacuum cleaner from Sky Home Australia via Kogan. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and despite reaching out to Sky Home Australia and Kogan I’ve had not response as to why the vacuum has not been shipped. I will never buy through Kogan again and I suspect Sky Home are a shifty operation so stay well clear!

Order process was easy and product information was thorough. Item arrived safely packaged and in quick time.
I Never received my item
I Never received my item. I tried cancelling a few days after purchase being advised it was going to be delayed. I was told it was cancelled and then told it’s already left.
I then got a email to say it had been delivered. I have surveillance and it had not come. I was send a copy of delivery which was clearly signed by the driver as no one was home.
I’ve spoken with neighbours no one’s seen the item.
I’ve spoken with catch , sky home and also the delivery company with 0 luck and been told it’s now my problem.
So don’t mind the fact a signed delivery by the driver but also NO PHOTO OF PROOF!!
I’m now $400 out of pocket because of their carelessness what a joke! It should be them or the postage company held liable given I wasn’t the one to sign for it. I hope no one buys off them as reading reviews I am not the only one!

I had to contact the company before purchase to confirm it was the genuine Audio Technica product as the model designation on the website was not fully described. I was told, "it's simply a shortened name for the same model". No, it isn't, there is only one model number and with the risk of grey imports it's important to show the correct model numbers and letters on the Skyhome Australia website as shown on the box and the manufacturer's website.
