United Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially…
The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.
