I placed an order in FEBRUARY, and the item then shipped in March, except, it's not moved since the 5th of March, it's STILL sitting in China, it's now 20th of May, I've sent NUMEROUS EMAILS AND MESSAGES (via Facebook Messenger) and the most I've had in response, is RANDOM responses about "checking into the issue" and promises of getting back to me, but STILL NOTHING, it's been a TOTAL WOFTAM moment, and no, the COVID situation doesn't play a part in it, especially when WISH is still able to have orders sent, and DELIVERED, without the drama's caused by this worldwide situation...
I've requested that they try to find out what the issue with THEIR service provider is, I've also resorted to requesting a refund, but NOTHING is actually being done about this issue, yet they send me DAILY EMAILS about my being a "winner" and offering products at "reduced prices", also making claims about "great customer service" and their 'shipping' practices, I'm yet to be convinced on ANY of that! Oh, and their prices, are ASTRONOMICAL! $69.95 for a pair of socks!?! And the shipping prices, far out, I don't know what they're trying to do, but clearly they take us ALL for absolute fools!!!
So it truly is a BUYER BEWARE situation with this mob, I don't know how they treat American customers, but international ones are treated like piles of poo, ignored for as long as possible, and would take a shovel to us if they could get away with it..!
So, if you like being RIPPED OFF, then this 'store' is for you, if however you'd rather not go thru the WOFTAM PROCESS (Waste Of Fn Time And Money) then steer well clear of this lot, I'm actually starting to think that they're a 'front' for a certain type of troublemaking group, the kind that uses aircraft to kill thousands!!! 🤔 😒🤬😠💩
There's PLENTY of REPUTABLE businesses out there, be sure to spend your money wisely by choosing to AVOID this 'business'..! 🙄
This is what I wrote the company only put a one-star because there's no other option wish there was a no star rating(Yes hello I know it's been a while but my wife finally got around to using the purse less than a week and a half ago and the inside ripped and came apart I look to see if she had anything heavy inside of it but just the normal stuff like wallet for cash and credit card her phone a few things of makeup nothing super heavy I am hoping this was just a defect in this one item I offer to order a you are different one and she's kind of hesitant not sure if you had any other problems like this and if you replace or send a new one can also send back old one so you can see it was on the seems it look like )so Jac wrote Hello

Our greatest desire is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and find the most suitable. I believe this is a generic form of or response to just say whatever we ain't doing nothing about it fortunately enough I spent many years working public relations company and know the proper channels to make an impact on a company for them to open there are eyes or at least listen to the consumer I will be heading a class action suit against this company after reading all the complaints I feel I have enough to at least start the process or at least get them to be more understanding to the people that buy their products
