Used them 3 times now and excellent service each time. Prices lot lower than in the uk even with carriage included. Answered my queries about compatibility promptly and dispatched order quickly by FedEx. Three days from ordering to receiving can’t praise them enough

Trying to find quality parts for my old Skoda was difficult, never sure of the quality etc, until I came across this company, fast and efficient service with regular updates and quality parts, well done,

I ordered 3 parts for my 2005 Skoda Fabia restoration. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and sealed (genuine parts). One original item was initially out of stock, but they contacted me the very next day with total transparency. They gave me the option to cancel or wait for them to restock it the following week. I chose to wait, and it was absolutely worth it. Their customer service is proactive, and their catalog is unmatched for these cars, there are parts that i couldn't find in any store in Spain, found it here. Highly recommended!

Ordered from here a few days ago, and unfortunately there was an error and the wrong part was shipped. However, I am here to commend their excellent customer service.

First off, considering where the part came from, it arrived much sooner than expected.
When I realised I the wrong part had been shipped, I emailed the company and was met with a fast and prompt reply.
They were courteous, apologetic and worked hard to rectify the mistake.
After a brief exchange, they checked my VIN and confirmed the original part I had ordered was correct, and it was dispatched within minutes.
I delt with "Jan" and they were fantastic, a real credit to the business - friendly, professional and polite.

Fantastic website and service. Ordered just before Christmas. Arrived shortly after packaged very well. I'm in northern ireland and the item had to come from CZ. As long as you have a part number you should have no issue or hesitation in using this company.

J'ai commandé un accoudoir pour une Skoda Fabia 3, et rien à redire.
L'article a été envoyé rapidement, emballé soigneusement et complet. Le prix est même inférieur à ce que l'on peut trouver ailleurs (environ 220e sur Ebay, 195e chez eux. Livraison comprise).
En bref je recommande fortement, vendeur sérieux et fiable.

Les prix ne sont pas compétitifs par rapport au concessionnaire Volkswagen de ma ville.
4 petites pièces en téflon et plastique pour mon pédale d'embrayage que j'ai payé 30€ avec envoi, je pensais recevoir rapidement (comme promis sur leur site 1-2 joirs).
Du coup , DPD s'esr permis traîner mon colis en Tchèquie et ensuite en Belgique pendant plus 5 jours !
En tout, 6 jours... C'est excessif, étant la distance qui sépare la Belgique/Tchéquie, c'est-à-dire 8 heures de route en voiture seulement.

- 1 étoile pour la livraison lente
- 1 étoile pour les prix

P.S: je voulais réparer très rapidement ma voiture...
Une voiture sans pédale d'embrayage = une voiture totalement immobilisé.
Ce qui ont remplacé l'emetteur de l'embrayage qui fuit à comprendront.

I live on an island in the middle of the Atlantic, so I had my doubts about them even delivering here, or if they do, the cost would be too high. They do and cost is reasonable.
The sales rep was a true professional, accompanying my order until I received it, he even contacted me about the delivery, since I wasn't at home the first time the delivery company attempted to hand over the package.
The parts I ordered were very well packaged, look and feel genuine, say Made in CZ (Skoda home country) and the price was fair.
Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a genuine Skoda armrest that was much cheaper to buy (including delivery), than any UK supplier.
Delivered within a week by FedEx using a trackable service.
Will use again without hesitation or worry.

They were great. I was struggling getting the right parts, so i emailed them with the serial numbers and they sent me the right parts to order. I ordered last week and got them today! Can finally get my front grille fixed!

I don’t know why people have left negative reviews as I found their service to be 5*. Have ordered stuff on three occasions and never had an issue. I found that they answered my email very quickly and on one occasion they even sourced a part for me that wasn’t listed on their website. Every time I’ve ordered I’ve received the parts in a few days and as they’re VAT registered in the UK there’s no duty to pay. However, most importantly the prices are over 50% cheaper than getting them from TPS and their genuine Skoda parts. Couldn’t be more happier with the service I’ve received.

Esperienza negativa. Dopo neanche un mese e solo dopo la prima pioggia mi ritrovo entrambi i bracci dei tergicristalli compatibili qui acquistati con evidenti segni di ruggine. Spedito foto inequivocabili. Prima risposta: L'articolo è di origine cinese e potrebbe giustificare la ruggine (NO COMMENT) Seconda risposta: Hai forse lavato la macchina con agenti chimici forti (NO COMMENT). Lascio a voi la riflessione, secondo me gli articoli sono difettosi e il rivenditore non è serio perchè non dovrebbe dare questo tipo di giustificazioni. Potrei avviare la procedura di reclamo, smontando, inviando a mie spese e aspettando un eventuale rimborso, nel frattempo potrei rimanere in attesa anche 30 gg. dalla loro valutazione ... e se piove rimango a casa o ne compro altri. First time buying from this company and was a little hesitant as I’m in the UK but my fears were unfounded.

Great service, ordered on Monday and delivered on Thursday with all parts at a considerable saving over buying in the UK.

Delivery via Fedex was fast and very reasonably priced.

I will happily shop here again and recommend them for Skoda parts to anyone that asks.

Ich habe mir Heizmatten für meinen Skoda Octavia 1Z nach Deutschland bestellt. Das Paket wurde am nächsten Werktag mit GLS verschickt und ist innerhalb von 2 Werktagen bei mir angekommen.
Ich war am Anfang etwas skeptisch, da der Shop kein PayPal anbietet. Aber ich bin total zufrieden und kann nichts schlechtes berichten.
Wenn ich wieder Originale Ersatzteile zu einem sehr guten Preis brauche werde ich hier wieder bestellen.
