Very easy to communicate with through Whatsapp. Even with the time difference between us, messages were prompt. From the time money was received to package getting delivered was 13 days. I've only used a couple of the products and so far they are great quality.
The only issue I had was with Wise, they closed my account during the money transfer process. They did transfer my money. But would not open my account back up. So I'll have to work around that next time and use Remitly. But don't let that deter you away from using them. They will help you anyway they can.

I was skeptical to begin with but many people online were talking about their trustworthy company. Their products are clean and they are very responsive. It took me about a month to decide for the investment and the experience was amazing. Their customer service is Top Notch. My package was delayed about 2 months because Canada's customs are not easy to deal with. I was very nervous thinking customs would retained the medication and I could loose my money and expectations. Skitesintl kept me posted during the process and they sent me another package because the waiting time was too long. To my surprise, I got the first package in the mail box a week ago and yesterday I got the second package. I paid 60% for this second one because of the 2 months waiting. I strongly recommend this company to any of you seeking for good quality products and customer service.
