Don’t buy. You buy one product as advertised in their pictures and they sent you another product. And if you try to get a refund because sure the wrong product was sent the will make you pay for shipping cost which turns out to be half of my purchase ($20 out of $40) in my case. Is a scam. Don’t buy.

I lost my money. They are scammers.

Do not order with skincolor. My order has been delayed for over a month and is still not delivered. Customer service refuses to take responsibility for the package being held and will not issue a refund.

I ordered some hair products at the end of August, for a total of about $100. A few weeks later, UPS informs me that I needed to pay $350 to receive the package, which I refused, and the package was sent back to Skin color. I never even touched the package, just said “return to sender”. The return package made its way back to Portugal, but hasn’t moved since the end of September because the “address is incorrect”. I contacted skin color at least 3/4 times, they said they are in touch with UPS, but they won’t reimburse me until the package is back to them. The issue is: they are the ones who provided the wrong address, they are the only ones able to contact UPS to unblock the situation. It’s been 2 months now that I’m asking to be reimbursed, nothing. I don’t know if they are incompetent or scammers, but either way, don’t waste your money with them!

BUYER BEWARE! On August 25, 2025, I placed an order totaling $115. On September 9, 2025, I received an email notification that my order had shipped, then radio silence. Their only contact method is via email, I did so on October 16, 2025 (almost 2-months after placing my order). They explained that they would file a claim with USPS and advised me to do the same. However, I can't file a claim w/o the original shipment receipt (which they have)! On October 25, 2025 they provided me with a tracking number. When I tried tracking the package, according to USPS, no tracking information was available (possibly because the package was never recv'd, the item doesn't include tracking, or payment wasn't recvd for shipping services). So I inquired about a refund and they stopped responding. They got me once, they'll never get me or anyone I know again. It's giving SCAM.

I placed an order for ISDIN Hydration cream on this website on September 6th (#131830). It’s been over a month, and my order hasn’t even left Spain. This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. Judging by the flood of negative reviews across multiple platforms, it’s obvious that customer satisfaction means absolutely nothing to this company. I’ll be leaving a one-star review and sharing my full experience so others can avoid the same mistake. I genuinely regret ever ordering from them.

They're scammers don't buy for them they don't tell you about tariffs for import products specially if you are from USA , I bought 82 us dollars worth of merchandise ( shipping included ) and a month later when the packet arrived I had to pay 200 for import tariffs, which they never mention about that , so basically I lost my 82 dollars cause of course I didn't pay those 200 dollars , so don't buy for them if you don't wanna be tricked

I ordered last month until now I didn't get my order. they are scamming people!!!!!

I ordered 2 packages of Isdin Si-Nails Nail Strengthener. They sent me 2 packages of Isdin Si-Nails MicroXpert MD, which is for nail fungus, which I don't have. I have tried to get a refund from them. They said they would give me a refund of $42.99 (the total cost of $64.23 less shipping and handling), but I had to return the items to an address in Portugal. I took the package to the US Post Office and was informed that it would cost $19 to send the package to Portugal. Also, I would need the approval of the Director General of Health for Portugal to send the package. If I didn't have that approval, the package could be rejected and sent back to me. I checked to see how to get the approval of the Director General, and the process is very complicated and beyond my capabilities. So I have not sent the product back. It seems like I would be spending good money after bad to pay the $19 for postage and have the package rejected and sent back to me. Looks like I'm out $64.23 and have 2 packages of Isdin Si-Nails for nail fungus, which I can't use. This has been a horrible experience.

Al fin llegaron los productos. Lo compré desde usa, y cuando me di cuenta que no venían desde aquí, ya era tarde.
Me puse en contacto con soporte, y el delivery estimado era de 20 días.
Lo compré el 6 de febrero.
Terminaron siendo 60.
Pero en buena hora, llegaron.

I strongly advise against making any purchases at this store. One of my main concerns is that the items are not shipped from the US but instead come from other countries. As soon as I made this realization, I attempted to cancel my order, but even though it was only a day after I placed it, I was informed that the item had already shipped. However, the shipment status still shows as waiting. This experience has left me feeling very uneasy about the situation, as their customer service has been inadequate and feels deceptive. Overall, I can’t shake the feeling that I might be getting scammed.
