We had a pretty complicated agenda with a few families involved, and GregL and the team made it look effortless. Nothing was too much trouble and they fixed any issues same day. Very personalised service and truly great value, I'm honestly just about to ring Greg to book this years trip.

Our whole booking and travel experience was amazing.
From our first contact with Sophie and her professional and prompt replies to the accommodation, ski hire and transfers.
Everything in relation went smoothly and Sophie was great. Very knowledgeable and able to assist with our changing needs. We initially were going to go to Japan and then decided Sun Peaks would suit us on this occasion.
All the companies used at the Ski Resort were great to deal with and had friendly and helpful customer service.
This was our first experience using SkiMax with multiple overseas ski trips previously.

Fantastic service

I worked with Sarah Wooding at Skimax and cannot recommend her enough. I contacted her with a very vague idea of wanting to ski in Europe with my family and she was amazing at listening to what I wanted and presenting suitable and relevant options I would not have found on my own. She answered endless questions and was always available to advise, even when she could not sell the product or hotel. Have just returned from a Bucket List Holiday which incorporated Christmas and skiing. Could not have done it without the help of Sarah at Skimax. From our first conversation to her checking in again when we returned was first rate. Everything was organised over phone and email and was so easy and efficient. Sarah organised everything for us- accommodation, ski lift tickets, ski and clothing hire and to be honest I expected that we would encounter some glitches at some point. How wrong was I? We chose Banff in Canada as our destination and fell in love with it. My husband and I met our adult children there for Christmas and it was like a dream come true. The perfect destination. Can’t wait to go back there in the summer. Can’t recommend Skimax enough. I am very experienced with planning overseas travel but was overwhelmed when trying to tackle this ski component without the knowledge and expertise. Thanks to Skimax (and Sarah) for making my white Christmas dream come true.

I've booked my last two ski trips with the Skimax team, and I highly recommend their service. Steph was incredibly helpful in organising lift passes, rentals, and transfers for my trip to Mammoth. She also gave great tips on the best spots for food and drinks in town. I'm already planning my next trip with them for next season!
