More than a delivery team

More than a delivery team - they made the skiing experience better FROM THE START!!! Incredible customer service. They were on time and even flexible on the initial set up time. It was smooth and easy. I will use them again and again...

Excellent Service!!

Very easy to reserve and schedule! The Ski Butlers team was very flexible and accommodating and the service was excellent! Will definitely use this service again!

Awesome service and equipment

Awesome service and equipment. Thanks for making our vacation such a success! The convenience of Ski Butlers made getting on and off the mountain each day so easy. The guys were very helpful to us and accommodated all of our needs.

Ski Butlers did not live up to the advertised level of service

Ski Butlers up on time to drop skis off. They were very friendly and accommodating with the fitting process. However, they did not bring the type of skis requested. We made arrangements for ski delivery the following morning which did occur, but once again the type of skis requested were not delivered. Over the next 2 days, arrangements were made each day for the originally requested type of ski to be delivered but they were not able to deliver the requested skis.

Our trip was still great and the equipment we rented was more than adequate but the level of service was below what was advertised and and therefore what we expected.

I do not think we would use Ski Butler again.
