Do NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, I have sent e-mail and have spoke to Trading Standards and they have said that they are a scam company.

Bestilte en ullgenser og et par fine hjemmestrikkede sokker. Betalte over 1000, Ventet lenge på pakken, Det kom en pakke uten avsender,!!!! pakken besto av et par sokker og en forferdelig tynn nylon jakke. Sa fra på posten at det hadde ikke jeg bestilt. Trodde dette var en feilsending. Men først nå skjønner jeg at dette var det jeg fikk.....
Har ikke hørt noe fra dem heller.

i wish i could give 0 stars. Bought a Stevie Nicks shirt, they sent me a wolf T shirt. Then told me they would give me a 50% refund, or i would be responsible for paying shipping to send it back.To sum up, buy a product, then send you what they feel like sending, then take your money and cheat you for what you paid for. DO NOT buy anything from them!!

My order didn't make it because of a mailing address error, but they issued me a full refund! I found their customer service easy to deal with and accommodating too.

Ordered item Nov 28 for Christmas and paid as much for expedited shipping as the item cost. It took 10 days to ship.... Then it bounced all over China, then Nothing. It is now 2 days after Christmas and it has not hit the States yet. I'm calling my credit card to dispute payment. No wonder stuff is so cheap coming from China. Nobody wants to wait 2 months to get something.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 6 weeks for delivery and they sent different boots to what I'd ordered. They were horrible and terrible quality. More than 3 months and a huge email battle before they refunded me. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered on rooa.com which looks like their new website. They're AWFUL. I ordered from them December 1st for christmas gifts. They have shut down the website.

This is an awful product. What I received was nothing like they advertised. It was a cheap piece of plastic. And no one to contact or will return a call.

SCAM company - DO NOT buy anything from them. I ordered two shoes and a dress and they send two piece of crap shoes looking nothing like what was advertised and the dress in the wrong size. I reached out to them and they told me I received what I ordered. I had sent pictures and everything and replied I had not again. I made a dispute with Paypal, but then Paypal required that I pay return shipping with a tracking number (over $60 and the order was only $83.20 in total). They offered me via email a 15% refund, so I responded I would take that and dismiss the Paypal complaint, but have since heard nothing from them. Do not be stupid like me and all the other people below - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS UTTER SCAM COMPANY.

Would give negative stars if I could. I canceled my order 1 hour after I placed the order because I read these reviews. Their website says they'll give a full refund if order is canceled before shipment. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a refund. I haven't even got an email saying my order shipped. I'm glad it hasn't because I did cancel it 1 hour after placing it. But I can't even get them to respond to my emails anymore. They at first tried to offer me free goods (didn't say what the goods were) and then suggested I take the offer. I said no and give me my refund. That was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since even though I've sent about 10 emails.

After 3months I received my 2 "beautiful" jumpers and a pair of boots I paid $80 for. I was in contact with them on a number of occasions they offered 20% discount as it took ages to get the "goods" am still waiting. I have been in touch with them to say I now have the items and are VERY POOR quality, they are still to get in touch after a week now. I'm annoyed at myself as I closed my PayPal complaint the day before as they were on the way was so disgusted in the rubbish that came. Lesson learned I suppose.

I wish I heeded the old advice of "If it sounds too good to be true..."On Sep 10, 2019, I ordered two pairs of boots after aggressive Facebook advertising swayed me. On Dec 2, 2019, the order showed up, except it was of two HORRIBLE, different shoes than I ordered. PayPal is not helpful, and you'll have to jump through lots of hurdles to be told to return the stuff. The Chinese company will not honor your due refund. I wish I could post pictures here of the insane order I got. I am sure the people preparing the package were laughing their behinds off as they were sending the junk, with us stupid Americans that keep falling for this scam. The only reason they even mail stuff out is to have a tracking number to justify that they actually mailed something and trick PayPal etc. Facebook and PayPal: Please take note! Judging by the reviews here, this is normal for Skia. I wish I knew before I ordered. For what it's worth, the same happens all the time with similar sellers. If you want Chinese junk, at least get it from Amazon or Walmart and their safe return policies.

These people are Criminals! Do not buy from them. They sent me the completely wrong order and it took 6 weeks to get here. When I told them it was the wrong order and sent them a picture of the order I made with the actual boots I ordered on the summary, they said it is the correct order. The picture was of some lace up tan boots and they sent me Green zip up boots. Again I explained this and they told me that the order was correct. But hey they want to offer a $3.60 refund on this so I am satisfied. What a joke company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would strongly suggest no one buys from Skia! I ordered some boots & I was expecting fairly low quality for the price i paid but I wasn't expecting the boots to be unwearable because they were unfinished! The boots only function if you stand still but if you try to walk they fall off your feet as there was no closure of any kind. So I contacted Skia & finally after weeks of silly responses I opened a complaint via PayPal. They said they would take them back to look at & the cost of shipping was on me. I researched shipping to China (didn't know initially I was buying from China) and the cost was too much. Because I wasn't willing to invest more money to send the unwearable boots back, PayPal closed my complaint. Its really irritating that neither Skia, their parent company or PayPal would accept a photo which would have shown the problem clearly. I think must be scammers as otherwise I would think they'd want to see what the problem was with their product.

I am only giving this one star because it doesn’t give me an option for a negative number. This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a pair of boots 9/21/19. It took until 11/6/19 to receive them and when I opened the box, they were not the same style or color that I ordered. I contacted the company immediately to request a refund and where to send them back. After several emails back and forth them asking me to send pictures, which I did 4 times, the sent back an email on 11/21/19, saying they would refund 20% since the boots were wearable. They also asked me to leave them a good review. Seriously? No you will not be getting a good review, and yes, I contacted PayPal. I hope PayPal considers not doing business with these people. By the way, the pictures look way better that the quality of the product. They are cheaply made - and look it. Do not buy ANYTHING from these scam artists!!!

Zero stars.I finally got my order which IS A TOTAL SCAm.AFTER 2 MONTHS.There is absolutely nothing that I ordered.We should find a justice solution to receive the money back, writing here is not enough

Never buying online again.

Diabolical. Took 6.5 weeks to arrive. I emailed several times and then emailed asking to cancel my order as I didn't expect to receive anything after so long. Finally, products arrived and are so dreadful, cheap, tacky and uncomfortable - nasty! I'm now on the phone to Visa to see if they can help me obtain a refund as I've emailed Skia only to receive a bounce back.
