I can see this has been concerning for you, and I'd be happy to look into this further to find out what's happened with your order. To do this, I'll need to access your order details securely. Please contact us on 0161 393 7055 Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 19:00, or Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00, where our agents will be more than happy to help you with this. Once we've located your order, we'll be able to confirm its status and arrange a refund if the shoes haven't arrived at your chosen store.

Friendly staff, good range
Staff member was really helpful. Jack? Helped me with trying on Salomon XT6, didn't have the colour I wanted in store so he helped me order the ones I wanted and with a good discount. Process was fast and customer service was top notch.
