Das Auto, der, Vertrag, die Abwicklung.... es hat alles gepasst. Jedoch schafft es Sixt nicht, mir schriftlich zu bestätigen, das die blockierte Kaution wieder freigegeben wird. Noch schlimmer, es bedarf lediglich eines kurzen Schreibens, in welchem der Bank die Kautionssumme mitgeteilt wird. Das allerschlimmste... Sixt ist persönlich nicht erreichbar. Nur Computergenerierte Antworten. Und das leere Versprechen, das man sich mit mir in Verbindung setzt. So verliert man Kunden. Sixt.... Nie wieder

Am Schalter immer kompetente deutschsprachige MitarbeiterInnen. Bei Problemen wird umgehend im Sinne des Kunden reagiert

421 km gefahren mit einem Opel Mokka 4 Tage. infolge Zeitdruckes leider nicht aufgetankt zurückgegeben. Der Verbrauch lt. Rechnung von Sixt war 5/8. Dafür wurden von der Fa Sixt € 121 verrechnet. Der Mokka hat lt.Internet einen 44 l Tank.

Both picking up and returning the car went very smoothly. The staff at pick-up was especially considerate—since we weren't sure if all our luggage would fit, they let us test it out first before we finalized the vehicle. It was also incredibly convenient that we could adjust the return time and location via the SIXT app on the day of return!

Vom ersten Kontakt in Kitzbühel an verlief alles reibungslos. Die Abholung des Wagens war angenehm, die Kommunikation auf Englisch verlief problemlos, die Informationen zur Lieferung waren korrekt, ein hervorragendes Team. Note: 10+

This is the third time I’m renting from Sixt and it’s always been great!
This time I rented a car for a day trip to Hallstatt with my wife. The vehicle that I booked wasn’t ready for pick up, so the worker (Named Patrick) offered a free of charge upgrade from a compact SUV to a Luxury class large SUV to cover the inconvenience. This was extremely thoughtful and generous, it also provided a lot more comfort for the trip. That being said, I haven’t had any issues with booking, pick up, the vehicle driving experience, and the vehicle return.
I’m very satisfied with Sixt and will always come back whenever a good vehicle is needed! Thank you to the team of Sixt and Patrick!

Das Auto selbst fuhr sich recht anstrengend, weil alles piepste und sich nicht abstellen lies und die Kupplung bzw. das Getriebe schon einiges Miterlebt haben muss. Auch ist so ein großer Wagen wirklich eine Herausforderung bei Wind, aber alles bewältigbar.
Der Service der Firma selbst war bisher ausgezeichnet, ich habe alles so bekommen wie ich es erwartet und gebucht hatte. Keine versteckten Kosten, keine Enttäuschungen. Auch wurde für den Fall, dass im Nachhinein Probleme oder Fragen auftauchen alles genau dokumentiert was das Fahrzeug angeht. Sollte also ein einwandfreies Erlebnis werden. Danke bisher.

Alles hat problemlos und schnell funktioniert. Abholen und wieder Abgeben sehr einfach. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auto in einem guten Zustand.

Adblue: Ich bin bereit, wie beim Diesel, wieder vollzutanken. Aber nicht 4 Cent pro km zu zahlen. Das ist viel zu teuer.

I previously had an experience at Geneva airport where they tried to blame a scratch on the alloy wheel on me. Firtinately I had a photo of the wheels and could show there was no damage. Thought his was a one-off from them. Just rented a vehicle from Innsbruck airport. When we collected it there were a number scratches and dents on the vehocle. I returned to the office indicating this and that they needed to revew with me - they said they didn't need to and had records of everything. First mistake I trusted him! On return we dropped the car out of hours and the following day I got an emailindicating that all the damage that was there before left the airport was my fault and they were going to charge for it. Fortunately I took photos of everything before we left and then when we dropped the vehicle off. I have been told that all was now OK and that I would be charged anything. If I'd not taken pictures I would have been taken to the cleaners by them - they were simply trying to take my money. How many people do they do this to? This is shocking.

Sixt steht für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit. Das ist für mich beruflich wichtig, nutze aber auch privat Sixt. Empfehlenswert!

Booked a car for a week from Innsbruck Airport. All went smoothly apart from an almost empty screenwash container. Bought a 20 Euro fill up - however Sixt were very apologetic and refunded this plus a goodwill payment (although I had to chase this up). Staff very polite and efficient and no wait. So much better then the supposed "cheap" providers.

We always rent vehicles from Sixt around the world. Sixt is reliable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We also get free upgrades from time to time. I always rent from Sixt for private use too. So far, I've only had good experiences.
Except at Philadelphia Airport (Status 2023 - Perhaps something has already changed here). Here, the vehicle base is not directly at the airport and you have to take the shuttle. However, the shuttle is not yet available for flights at 6:00 AM if you return the car very early. You have to find your own way to the gate. We ended up taking an Uber. That's why I'll be using the competition in Philadelphia in the future, which is within walking distance of the gate.
